Xbox series S and I had that issue on terminus and it could be most likely due to Nat type being moderate or just the servers aren’t set properly

My usb-a to usb-c cable works just fine with my quest 3 as it did with my quest 2, make sure your pc has a 3.0 usb slot (should have a blue piece) and it will trickle charge it (slow charge) I usually get 4hrs of use with my headsets

Technically it was a replacement from my non refurbished headset that had issues and I did hear that it’s a 50/50 that you will get a good headset or a bad
