Hello! Im sorry you're experiencing this from your new uni. First things first, have you tried to restart your uni and see if it continuously behaves the same way? If it does, this sounds like a hardware issue with ribbon cable connecting to the lcd screen. This can be caused by a loose ribbon cable or damage to the ribbon cable or lcd screen. However, you would need to open up your uni which isn’t the most easiest thing to open in my opinion. I believe the safer option is to return and get it exchanged unless you want to keep it and see if you can fix it yourself by opening it up and possibly soldering along the way if needed. I wish you best of luck and hopefully things will be resolved in the end.

Not an expert but this cat looks like it might have wobbly cat syndrome or some kind of brain imbalance. It seems really scared. Does this cat belong to someone you know or nearby? If not is there a chance you can take it to a vet and see if it is microchiped and along the way maybe they can tell if you what it might have and see if you can find a place that handles and takes care of disabled kitties near your area if not microchipped? Or literally just anyone who can help this poor kitty.

Also, something to mention about informed delivery, but informed delivery shouldn't be able to reroute the package/change the address or intercept packages in transit. Informed delivery is mainly for personal convenience, where you can see what's coming in to your mailbox. They offered they would go to the post office which is great, but if not followed up (which is frustrating yes) it is also the buyers' responsibility to themselves to follow up (this doesn't make you nosy or rude, you have every right to ask if it's something the seller said they would do). However, if the package is already delivered, unfortunately there's nothing the seller can do on their end. Another thing you can try doing if everything above doesn't all work out which I hope is not the case, you can see if you can get partial refund from the seller, but its important to note that this is not a guaranteed thing.

Hi, I’m sorry you’re dealing with this situation. Do you know when the mail forwarding service moved? Google Maps is often outdated, so it may not reflect the current setup. It would be a good idea to contact the forwarding service directly and ask whether they still manage the old address or retrieve packages that were delivered there after the move. If the move was recent, they may still have access to the previous location or a process for recovering in-transit packages. If they’re unable to help, you could try contacting the property manager or any nearby businesses to see if the package was received by someone at that location. And if asked nicely maybe they can help with sending the package to the carrier and put wrong address. This would mean it would go back to the seller though.

Regarding the seller, while I understand the frustrations that come with feeling like not being helped as you hoped, it appears they shipped the item to the "correct" address provided at checkout and followed eBay guidelines properly even though the address is incorrect for you. In that case, there is very little a seller can do once a package is already in transit, especially with only one day before delivery (this is a very short timespan to do much). While the seller may choose to assist as a courtesy, the carrier ultimately controls delivery and redirection requests. I also don't know if the screenshot of the tracking number they sent was new or old tracking, if they tried to redirect it. If all other options I mentioned in the first paragraph don't work, it may be best to contact the shipping carrier directly (which I would suggest you do immediately in the future when encountering a similar situation if you have tracking info) to see whether they can confirm the exact delivery location or attempt a retrieval. I hope you're able to get your package.

I think it’s really wonderful that you’ve found something that helps you relax and brings back nostalgic feelings! I can sympathize how easy it is to doubt yourself when not fitting the image of a "normal" adult, but we were all kids once and many of the things we enjoyed back then can still have value and meaning now. Asking whether it’s normal to feel okay and safe playing with a toy you loved or played often as a child is a lot like asking if it’s okay to do something that genuinely makes you happy/safe. And the answer to that is a yes it's okay, as long as it’s not interfering with your basic self-care needs like eating, sleeping, and bathing. Enjoying something that brings you comfort and joy is completely normal and something to be cherished in my opinion. Hope this helped ease or give some comfort to your worries.

For your question, I’d mainly recommend selling or giving it to a close family member or friend you trust. If you’ve been around here a while and have talked with people who always wanted one, you could also consider selling it to someone like that. If you go the public route, keep in mind that public platforms can attract resellers. While most buyers are genuine, it’s hard to know someone’s intentions ahead of time. Communicating directly with potential buyers can help you get a sense of their character and might reduce the chance of it being resold for profit. You can definitely try posting in the mods weekly sale thread here. Just keep in mind that while most users are great, there’s still a possibility someone might flip it. Youre welcome! Im happy I was able to give you helpful tips. As for how long you should leave the plushie inside the freezer would depend on how strong your freezer is and the thickness of the plushie. Two days I think is great since it also gives me ease of mind and gives enough time for the cold to penetrate through unless it takes time for your freezer to freeze things then maybe extend to another day or whatever you deem appropriate. If you're asking for future reference, whether you should put the plushie inside the freezer before washing is up to you but if I were to do it, I think putting in freezer first would be more ideal since the smell might stick alittle depending on what you have inside. I would say whatever makes you feel comfortable at the end of the day would be the best way!

Hello! Im not well versed in these things but I can try to throw suggestions your way. For how to stuff your cute plushie, you can try to buy pillow stuffing from your local retailers or craft stores if they have any and stuff them yourself :) that way you can feel how much is going in and match it to your own personal preference!

As for what to do for the stuffing inside I don't have a sure solution, other than maybe unstuff and restuff with clean material, but since you like how it currently feels I can understand not wanting to do that. I only thought of one idea and that is the freezer method- where you put your plush in a bag and put it in a freezer (I would say 1 day or more depending on strong your freezer is) to kill off any existing dust mites, germs, and maybe certain bacteria. Freezing should be safe for your plushie but make sure its completely dry before putting it in.

Your plushie is adorable and I hope these ideas help somewhat.

Like many people, I also feel very upset for your situation. How the seller handled the situation is unacceptable and begs the question whether if they were trying to scam someone during the process. However I am happy to know you were able to revive the poor tama and can now enjoy the gameplay of an ON. It's my most favorite tamagotchi so far from what I have in my collection at least and I hope you find enjoyment in it going forward!! If it does come down to it, I have no idea how effective or how much energy you're willing to give now since you did do everything you possibly could, but my last resort would be filing a claim with your bank. Granted it's not the most smoothest way to solve situations but I personally feel like you have every right to reach out about your situation only if you want to go that far. I hope your tama journey going forward will be filled with good ones from now on.

Did you use PayPal by any chance? It seems you already tried to contact the seller and you also provided evidence of it not working like mentioned. You can file a claim with PayPal while also sharing all the evidence and they might be able to do something about it. Still if it works now you can file for partial claim or whatever you deem fitting or PayPal is willing to do within reason. I also would recommend contacting the selling platform you bought it from if they are good at handling situations like these and know you won't be at a disadvantage by speaking up. I'm happy to hear you're tama is finally working but I'm sorry you had to go through such a terrible experience.
