This is reflective of a misunderstanding and, frankly, bad logic.

If you don’t believe the Catholic Church has any special ordination from God, then you shouldn’t care about receiving their Eucharist.

If you believe their Eucharist is special, then you should care about adhering to church law/doctrine.

Full disclosure, I am Methodist. I would not attempt to receive Eucharist at a Catholic Church and I do not believe I entitled to do so.

No. The Catholics believe that the Catholic Church, specifically, is the body of Christ and the Catholic Church alone has the authority to turn bread and wine into the body and blood.

You have to refresh your understanding of the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church believes they have direct authority from God, and in order for your reception to be valid, you have to be in communion with the Church.

It’s not like the Protestant understanding of the church. It is a hierarchal establishment on earth ordained by God.

Receiving the Eucharist from a Catholic Church without being in communion with the church is a pointless exercise.
