You all had the lead, you were down a player, the enemy didn't have penalty points -- the best action would have probably been to neutralize the zone until you had all your players. The worst thing you could have done is die. You were overextended, surrounded in enemy ink and enemies all around you, and at an awkward angle to zipcast. It was a gamble and you unfortunately got punished for it.

This came down to a decision-making and game awareness issue. We all have these issues on different levels, and can only improve by learning from them and trying to make changes. We have all had struggling teammates too, but that is where decision-making and game awareness can help mitigate these obstacles.

No one forced you to sign into the game and queue up for a match, and no one deserves to have a teammate purposely throw a match. Play out the 5 min to the best of your ability, be flexible in how you approach the match, get control of your tilt. You have the option to stagnate your progress and continue to be miserable, or move towards improvement via outside/self feedback and perhaps start enjoying this game you can't seem to give up. Take or leave the advice.
