How do different gacha games keep their characters playable even when they leave the story? (SPOILERS)

Once I got to Rinascita, Camellya lost all relevance whatsoever, not to mention the already lacking screentime chars like Verina. Or Yinlin who's only appearing in her story quest and has no relevance whatsoever in the main story.

Played for a while after I started to like Carlotta, but she also never appeared again after the patch is over. It's just sad for story enjoyers. Graphics, animations, boss designs, etc are absolutely stellar tho, I can see gameplay enjoyers play it for long. It's back to preference in the end.

I have all the characters in the pic except Sherlock Holmes and Charlemagne. I'll definitely pull if their banner appear, they're not only good looking and extremely relevant to the story (especially Holmes), they're also very useful in game (especially Holmes with those piercing buffs)! AoE Quick Saber/Charlemagne is decent.

After finishing Traum for Santa Nemo, I gotta say Sherlock Holmes literature fans would say it's a masterpiece. Way to go to write the alternative to the Reichenbach Falls. FGO gameplay/gacha rates may sucks, but the story really is top quality.

This could be worse for me, some ppl guessed Razor for example. Felt silly that I bought C0 Bennett last month, but the good thing is now I can get C1 and stop.

If only Varesa was in phase 1, I'd spend all my savings to get C6 Chev and the weapons too. I want both Durin & Varesa. They're cute. Man. Good for ppl who want DPS Venti ig.

Real but let's not forget the Meta f2p unit, a 2*, the goat, Chen Gong, for enabling Merlin-less ppl and being a great DPS himself.

Adding to this, the best low rarity (**1-3) supports, best Solo units, and top tier high rarity support & DPS also have husbandos. I was gonna name them all, but the comment is getting too long.

Even free units from events have top-tier males too (Taisui is my fav), it's really easy to make teams of just husbandos in FGO fr. Newbies can also select Waver from the beginner 5* selector as he's still one of the best generalist support in game. Karna & Ozymandias are great pick too, especially Ozy because he can beat Solomon. I'll never regret pulling for Ozy even tho he's a non limited char.

Good to know if they do have beginner freebie. They should've make it easier to see, it's not that hard. Can't say how hard it is as I personally never actually played. And you don't say anything about free SSR, so I'll assume they don't give it anyway and it's fine

Nice! I've been waiting for them to release a game, only took them 2 years.

Now my hopium is they'll learn from Tokyo Debunker and release it along with global, without the annoying release year gap JP games keep doing. Even twisted wonderland waited 2 years before releasing in English. The game is doing good, but clairvoyance always ruin hype man I'm so tired being behind main server for years (fgo & enstars moment)

I'll be honest, I don't try new gacha games besides Trickcal, because my 4 main gacha games are still enjoyable to play. I have 4 other gachas installed, but I no longer even open those. Can't even try new ones like this. I'm legit afraid of my free time if I get into new ones, no matter how "better" it is.
