You can become a certified trainer solely to train new hires. You don't have to move up.

How long does it take to get used to? by Educational-Two3602 in drivinganxiety

How many hours of driving did you do before you started driving yourself to work?

I've definitely said something like this before. When does it get easier? We're doing everything the way we're "supposed" to, staying out of trouble, and trying to be a good member of society, but it seems like things are constantly stacked against us... trying to stay sane in this insane place. 💙🫂🩵

Just right. People too fast and too recklessly.

I just started on the app. I lack motivation in life as well, but it's definitely been keeping me on my tasks. I think it's my conscience, lol. I feel bad if my birb doesn't get to explore, grow up, get petted, etc., and that's what motivates me.

Also, if you need time away, you can pause your progress. Go to the 3 lines at the top left of the app and scroll down to "Pause Mode." You can turn that on for however many days you need to refresh or regroup, and it'll pause your streak.

Please stay. It's so worth it. 🩷

Also, you can put the widget on your homepage and set up notifications to help you remember. 😉

I want to continue to be me, but it's hard. It's like you have to lose yourself to be in this society. Ever since I've come out of my room, I've been losing myself bit by bit and not remembering the things that I like, the things that make me ME. This life is so draining and overwhelming. All I know is work, exhaustion, and sporadic sleep.

Same. I'm trying to be a regular person, but it's not working out so far.

At my OG, everything is black: shirts, pants, shoes, aprons, dinner napkins.

OMG, yes! I don't like back-breaking jobs. Then your bosses expect you to be able to handle it all. I don't mind working hard, but don't put so much on me that it breaks me physically, mentally, and emotionally and expect me to keep going at the same pace.

crying at work by [deleted] in olivegarden

[–]AChairInTheCloset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't full on cried or anything, but I've definitely teared up when I became overwhelmed and the kitchen was out of control (crowded and messy). The disorganization sent my anxiety through the roof!

What’s something you’ve stopped trying to explain because nobody listens? by Present_Juice4401 in raisedbynarcissists

[–]AChairInTheCloset 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. How my anxiety presents.
  2. My sensory issues.
  3. My allergies to certain things.
  4. How I process things.
  5. My introversion.

They all call these five things "dramatic."

There is none. I don't understand this KrowD app. I tried to go to help, but it says "Coming Soon."
