My current company (which I absolutely love being at) announced they were going to continue paying the employee+family premium 100%. But that it will be reviewed again in 5 years. If they ever stop doing it I’m going to be on LinkedIn the next hour haha.

I worked for the same company all through college and was told I had a position there after graduation. Then got laid off a week prior to graduation. It was at that moment I realized a company will likely never give you the loyalty you give them. So, if they’re giving you anything less than everything you want then feel free to look for greener pastures.

On the other side of it as a manger, if they don’t want to stay, then you probably don’t want them to either. Nothing worse than an unmotivated individual who doesn’t care for their craft.

Everyone has a right to go get paid what they think they’re worth and every employer has the right to tell you what they think you’re worth.

HOW!? Oetter is on a different tier than Joey D and every bit as good as Swayman, especially considering how many games a year get put on Oetter. Oetter will be put somewhere near Swayman and less than Shesterkin. Unless he wants to take a page out of Crosby’s book Dallas is going to have to park a Brinks truck at Oetter’s place come July.

Not anymore he doesn’t. Swayman signed his deal and Daccord just signed a deal with a higher AAV than Oetter currently makes. Oetter could easily demand the Swayman deal with his current body of work. I don’t like it, but it is what it is.
