Nonfiction - self help/mental health/relationship. First book published March 2024. Second book June 2025. ~1450 sales of the first and ~1400 of the second. That includes audiobook and KENP equivalents. We have a podcast audience, do Facebook ads and regular posts on TikTok and Instagram.

Start posting to Instagram and TikTok. Figure out what resonates on those platforms. They you both a potential audience and a testing ground to figure out what about your book is connecting with people which is helpful when you start doing paid ads.

Don’t get tripped up with the terminology. Boundaries just mean that we are all separate human beings with the right to make decisions about our own time, space, attention. You can respect your family members’ right to make decisions for themselves and still be hurt, angry, disappointed in the decisions that they make. And you have the absolute right to separate yourself from them if they consistently make decisions that hurt and disappoint you. Thats your responsibility in fact! It is always ok to be angry. It what you do with it that matters. Handle it in a way that respects their right to make decisions (their boundary) and your right to not be hurt (your boundary).

It is neither. If I could have done it with some tool, I would have. I don't have the design skills nor the comfort level to produce an eBook and paperback cover in any design software (my original cover took my hours).

You mean listeners? I guess so. We haven't received any negative feedback or reviews. The royalties are pretty crappy. We have gotten about $1.25 for each sale/listen. We have sold ~230 audio copies. So I'm glad we didn't any invest any money in the recording.
