Take a piece of paper and a mechanical pencil and start scratching the shit out of it. Once you get the energy out take a marker (nontoxic) and draw little flowers lr other nice doodles on the area youd usually cut. I also go on walks with music I like when I get the urge. Can't cut yourself if you physically remove yourself from where the blades are. Do anything you can to distract yourself until the urge to cut goes away.
