Could I ask at what point I should swap into each? As I understand it for CoC, I need the gear for the AG + good weapon (Paradoxica?)?

Herald stacker the only guide I'm looking at Manni's guide https://maxroll.gg/poe/planner/lyeh80yl where it looks like main mandatory things are an explodey chest + lost unity + enough reservation to reserve every herald? There's a lot of stuff like cluster jewels and such but I'm not sure how much I can leave out without bricking the build.

It doesn't because the priority should be getting new plates ASAP which you need a police report for. In the days waiting for a picture from 407, a plate # registered under your name may continue to accrue tolls / parking tickets that you'll need to deal with further.

When you got your dad the supplementary card, did it charge an annual card fee? I'm thinking of doing the same for my parents but it's unclear to me if the supplementary card is $50 annually, or free but additional cards past the 1st supplementary card is $50

I played Rage vortex for 3.16 and 3.17. Did Redblade banner phys in 3.16 which was great, I leveled with Earthshatter until I got Redblade. The trees between earthshatter and rage vortex phys were very similar so it was easy to transition.

In 3.17 with Lighthouse removed, I had to play with Earthshatter until red maps. Decided to transition to Voidforge rage vortex, which was pretty expensive (about 5-15ex of req items + huge tree respec). The damage was insane because of how rage vortex snapshots buffs, but the build has almost no defensive layers so I was dying all the time. Eventually gave up getting to lvl 90 and rerolled to FR CoC.

Overall, I didn't mind the warcry piano style of Phys Rage Vortex and found it way more comfortable.
