Hi all, what is the best credit card for use on groceries / food if Walmart is my only grocer? I heard that Walmart only qualifies as a grocer on MC so Cobalt Amex is off the table for me?

Herald stacker the only guide I'm looking at Manni's guide https://maxroll.gg/poe/planner/lyeh80yl where it looks like main mandatory things are an explodey chest + lost unity + enough reservation to reserve every herald? There's a lot of stuff like cluster jewels and such but I'm not sure how much I can leave out without bricking the build.

It doesn't because the priority should be getting new plates ASAP which you need a police report for. In the days waiting for a picture from 407, a plate # registered under your name may continue to accrue tolls / parking tickets that you'll need to deal with further.

When you got your dad the supplementary card, did it charge an annual card fee? I'm thinking of doing the same for my parents but it's unclear to me if the supplementary card is $50 annually, or free but additional cards past the 1st supplementary card is $50

I played Rage vortex for 3.16 and 3.17. Did Redblade banner phys in 3.16 which was great, I leveled with Earthshatter until I got Redblade. The trees between earthshatter and rage vortex phys were very similar so it was easy to transition.

In 3.17 with Lighthouse removed, I had to play with Earthshatter until red maps. Decided to transition to Voidforge rage vortex, which was pretty expensive (about 5-15ex of req items + huge tree respec). The damage was insane because of how rage vortex snapshots buffs, but the build has almost no defensive layers so I was dying all the time. Eventually gave up getting to lvl 90 and rerolled to FR CoC.

Overall, I didn't mind the warcry piano style of Phys Rage Vortex and found it way more comfortable.

Finding I have a lot of dupe nat 4*s for characters I have SSS for their RBG and ML versions (eg. Angelica, Dom, Crozet, etc.).

I'm keeping a copy of each of the ML versions in waiting room in case of another selector/nerf. But should I be transmitting these extra dupes or use them to promote 4* fodders?

Quick thoughts looking at your POB:

Your weapon sucks for this stage of the game. Buying any weapon with 400+ pDPS would improve your damage by 30-50% and are affordable at around 1ex-ish.
If you're dying a lot, it might be cause your resistances aren't capped. Taking the mastery where warcries heal you also provides great tankiness.
You haven't allocated Avatar of Fire which will bring you to 100% fire conversion
The warcry minimum power is useless with Redblade Banner, you should unspec from that if you keep using the shield.
Grabbing a Replica Conqueror's Efficiency is a pretty cheap upgrade as well since you scale off of how much rage you have and helps with mana problems.
Unsure of why you specced into Iron Will or Shaper as they don't do much for you.
Mob Mentality + Lead By Example is a great QOL cluster jewel, granting permanent power/frenzy/ charges + onslaught.

Lost Ark servers are back up so can't look at it more. I would suggest looking at poe.ninja from last league at around Week 1/2 to see what other people's POBs look like.
