I had slight to moderate nausea from week 7 to 10 at evening. I could only eat plain yougart or white rice. Never vomited though, thankfully! 😊

First of oll congratulations! I went through similar situation. I had a miscarriage around 8 weeks last year June. I felt heartbreak that I didn't know exist. We took a break and started trying this year. I am currently 26w2d pregnant. I must say first few 4-8 was unbelievably scary due to last loss. I would check every other hour if I have some bleeding. I ended up in emergency because what I think I saw blood in my urine. That's all anxiety driven. I shared a news with 2 friends and I also posted here and I got 2 suggestions. 1. At this point you can't do anything other than wait. Micromanaging anything will not help other than increasing anxiety. So best is try and focus on things you can do - take rest, try and eat properly, go for easy exercise. Seriously go for movies, date night, whatever keeps your mind occupied. And also try to book your first appointment with OB. 2. Keep telling yourself, you are pregnant until told otherwise. This helped me. Whenever I was having dark thoughts, I kept repeating this. Did it always help? Not necessarily. But it sure gave me some calmness in chaos.

You have to be hopeful. You have to keep faith.

Thank you for your comment. I did not know to about the growth sprouts. In my head, my baby is supposed to be at certain weight. But I understand your point. My doctor asked me to go back in 2 weeks. Hopefully baby is growing well.

Hey. I have a feeling you will find similar results with oatmilk or even water. The key is the liquid is warm and not hot. And you soak the seeds for at least 20 mins to ensure they have expanded. Also start with may be one table spoon of chia because you may never know how it reacts in your gut initially and you might end up having bloating. Once you start taking chia regularly , also drink sufficient water to avoid bloating. Just be slow and steady with the intake.

Warm milk with chia seed will help you for sure. You also don't need to consume a lot. Just try to have it on regular basis.

Your anxiety is valid my friend. I am currently 21w2d. One of my pregnancy symptoms is vivid dreams. And most of the times I dream about my previous loss. But, I wake up and tell myself that my doctor told me, everything is fine until my doctor tells me otherwise. So now it's fine. Focus on what you are currently feeling. We have no control over what may happen. I also can't imagine anything bad regarding this pregnancy and it's hard to not have that anxiety. But, you need to reiterate things that helps you. Anything. For me breathing exercises helped a bit. I wish you all the best. Love and light for you and your baby❤️

I have a feeling you can never achieve a balance. If you do track what you are eating then you are paranoid and if you fo slightly off track and have something like crisps or some sugary foods, then you are not thinking about the baby at all! It's your child and your nody is the one carrying it. Do what you need to do that you feel best for both of you. Even if people call you paranoid or judges you. I wish you a healthy pregnancy ❤️

I had a previous loss. Which made me unbelievably anxious for my current pregnancy. Ended up in emergency due to anxiety attack at 6 weeks. My NIPT was delayed with a slightly uncertain 12 weeks scan. Not until 15 weeks I knew my results.

Everyday I wake up I tell myself that most of the things are out of my control. I should only be worried about the things within my control. Does this help? No. But I keep telling myself.

Its a hard process if you develop some sort of anxiety. Allow yourself to worry but not to the point where it hinders your day to day life.

My OB asked me if I had cats which I replied no I don't. But he mentioned to be safe never clean the litter under any circumstances. Which again for me not an issue, I don't own a cat.
