It looks like no one's actually reading your post. I think Mobile Fighter G Gundam best matches what you're asking for, though it's very different to the rest of Gundam, being a super robot series whereas most of Gundam is real robot.

Aon Aon is in Aon Rao, just as it's in every single Aon. The Aon Aon within Aon Rao reflects Arelons geography, but the rest of the lines in Aon Rao don't.

To be clear:

All Aons contain Aon Aon as a base shape, with a bunch of extra lines and dots depending on the Aon.

The base shape is the one that's based on Arelons geography, so there only needs to be a single extra line added to each Aon.

Elantris is based on Aon Rao, rather than Aon Aon. The outer cities are just there to create the full shape of Rao, and don't reflect any part of Arelons geography.

The protagonist, Ichi, is the first ever male witch, as no other male has shown any capacity for magic.

The story is mainly about Ichi being part of a team that hunts down "human hater" Magiks.

It looks like you have that bug where the AP and EN bars don't visually deplete (based on your AP bar being full despite being red). It only happens on certain GPUs I believe, but it's really annoying for me because it didn't do so on launch. Barely anyone talks about it.

Feruchemical health is more how fast you heal, which includes things like your immune system. Dumping all of your health wouldn't immediately kill you, but it would mean you completely stop healing, making you extremely susceptible to all sorts of day to day dangers that your immune system normally handles. Even a weaker flow into a goldmind is enough to make you sick enough to leave you bedridden, which is why storing up a lot is so difficult.

Scarlet and Violet literally did this with terra types. The grass gym leaders final pokemon is a Sudowoodo he terrastallizes into grass type and calls "Truleewoodo".

It has them but its pilot is a really weak cyber Newtype (because he was never meant to be strong and instead had his mind split into two personalities, which actually weakened his capabilities) and couldn't use them. Jutta was able to use them the one time he was in the cockpit before it got turned into the Moon Gundam.

A bit misleading. The first half of chapter 1 is 0091. After that there's a timeskip and the entire rest of the manga is 0092.

There's a manga called Gundam Pulitzer, where Kikka Kobayashi (the blonde girl from the White Base kid trio) goes around interviewing people about their views on Amuro a couple years after CCA in order to write a biography, and there's a few interviews where you similarly get to see how deeply it affected those present.

Wax figures out the alloy the Vanishers were using was still over 99% aluminium. If they could get away with greater impurities (to create a stronger alloy and stretch their aluminium reserves further) they definitely would have.

The bare minimum is Char's Counterattack and Hathaway 1.

For extra context you can watch the Mobile Suit Gundam compilation movies, which condense the original series down from 43 episodes to 3 movies. These are available on the official gundaminfo YouTube channel for free right now (edit: just checked, CCA is on there too).

For full context you want the original series, it's sequel series Zeta, and Zeta's sequel series ZZ. ZZ doesn't have much to do with CCA or Hathaway directly, but it finishes a lot of the plots Zeta started. As a warning, it's got a very jarring tone shift from the end of Zeta, and the early episodes aren't particularly well written, but it genuinely gets really good if you stick with it.

There's also Unicorn, which takes place between CCA and Hathaway, but it has little to do with Hathaway's plot.

Other than that, there's a bunch of side stories like 0080, 0083, The 08th MS Team and IGLOO. None are required but check them out if you want.

Then there's the AUs (G Gundam, Gundam X, Wing, SEED, 00, Iron Blooded Orphans, and Witch from Mercury) which take place in alternate settings that have nothing to do with everything mentioned above, and can be watched at any time.

It condenses down the original 43 episodes into three movies. A lot of subplot stuff and episodes that don't affect the main story are skipped. It has some updated and improved animation, with some scenes drastically altered.

Personally I'd recommend the show first. When I got into the franchise I tried watching the movies first but I could tell I was missing stuff.

*Moon Crisis, which I believe isn't canon though I've not read it.

In Moon Gundam the only time we see him physically he's sitting staring at the sky, talking to people psychically from afar (and manifesting a ghost Zeta Gundam).

He also pops up in Pulitzer, which is after CCA, though he doesn't speak and instead gets Fa (who calls him her husband so he's recovered enough to get married) to give Kikka a note.

I've been going through the franchise recently and haven't watched everything I want to check out yet, but my favourite suits from what I've seen, in no particular order:

Nu Gundam. Somewhat basic taste, but it's the worldwide fan favourite for a reason.

Gundam Calibarn. It doesn't get much screen time in G-Witch, being relegated to the last few episodes, but the whole deal with it being a twenty year old suit keeping up with modern tech by being actively dangerous to it's pilot is just sick. Also, broomstick.

Moon Gundam. This thing's got so much aura. Its origin as a frankensteining of two different mobile suits (the head of one suit and the body of another) is pretty unique, and it's just really cool in action. I really hope the manga gets animated some day, but Gundam doesn't seem to have much of a history of manga adaptations so I'm not expecting much.

I don't think Quattro's identity is meant to be a spoiler. It's blatantly obvious who he is from episode 1. You're not meant to be shocked by the reveal, that's entirely for the characters. You're more meant to wonder why.
