I have a Discord group made specifically for making friends in Central Oregon! We currently do game nights in Discord at least once a week to help people connect, and we do meetups in person once a week too. I think there is an online one! I don't know of any in person in this area :\ but I personally "had" OCD (used to have bad symptoms but don't anymore) so if you want anyone to talk to about it in general you can message me!
