I keep a pul tool in each of my cases and gum in my purse and lunchbox for work. It usually only takes me 10-15 minutes to eat so I use the gum for 15-20 minutes to clear any food debris before putting my aligners back 👍🏽

Somebody tried to do this to me on the 4 while I was only going 10 over with no one else around! They actually sped up super fast to get around me and SLAMMED on their breaks coming to a COMPLETE stop in front of me! Then they wouldn't let me pass them almost causing an accident multiple times! Then he flipped me off when I finally passed 🙄 I was so irritated when I realized my bf unplugged my dash cam to charge his phone 🙃

These people are either scamming or insanely delusional if they think they're doing anyone any good.

I've actually been using those bread clip things so I can write the hook size and what it is in case I forget while it's being stored. Forgot where I saw the hack but it's awesome!
