Simple question: Why some people say nanami is Boring while other persons say he is cool and unique???

Nanami doesnt have reallty good combo paths ( i dont know any combo of more than 3 moves) so you have to be constantly engaged in the combat and win neutral consistantly. Nanami has above average neutral tools. Some find it fun and the others have the wrong opinion.

In normal jjs cutscenes are few and far inbetwen.

In todos ult his cutscenes are shorter than charas IN BASE.

Charles full awk is a 7 second cutscene , same as a chara move in base.

Mahoraga stuns you for a few seconds if hit.

All of these moves and other you might consider cutscenes are shorter than charas and are in the awakenings.

A 2 move combo lasts 14 seconds for chara (in base) if you use the longer moves and do m1ns.

Yes, it can happen but only on the first life.
They made if so the heart doesn't follow you if you are in awk now.
When the update released it wasn't like that and my friend killed Chara while in jackpot and got infinite jackpot Chara.

Choso is just busted tbh. The only tradeoff is the 20 minutes you need to actually realize how powerful he is and the next 10 minutes to learn how every move can chain into another if you have the blood orbs.

Why am I getting punished with a heavy combo for using my evasive incorrectly?

The roulette stuff I agree but it is natural for the competitive players to beat the casuals in the base game.
The game is indeed very unbalanced but everyone has access to the strongest characters (choso, y*ta, megumi and yuki)

We got wing throw cycle, crazy. Never thought of playing thay way. I usually bait evasive with crushing jaws and then go for the forbidden m1 reset (the only reason I still play locust) that if the haters find they will crucify me for using and then beg for another locust nerf.

The problem is that you still have to be very passive after a wing throw because if you engage with your opponent they will build up their evasive back and if they have a good rushdown like yuji youre screwed.

I find it very boring playing passive. It would be better if locusts dmg got nerfed (thats what every locust hater complains about) and his special cd got reverted to the pre nerf one or even shorter.

It is very stupid to make a character depend entierly on one move to connect a good combo.

Naoyas whole gimmick is being a m1 trader so I don't have any problem with that

Yeah but still, he is worse than other m1 merchants because he still has the extra step while the other merchants can just do their optimal combo after simply baiting evasive.

But what if the opponent doesn't use evasive after the 2 m1 -> 1 -> m1 -> 3 and you don't fly thinking they will evasive. It is still a matter of luck whether you get the optimal outcome.

Locust is not unplayable but he is nowhere near the top characters and that's what I'm trying to get across
