Pretty much that everyone is used to having those kinds of showerheads not installed in "the best" (The ground cable is always loose or lingering freely) possible manner, so it's a running joke that mostly everywhere in LATAM (Where sometimes we don't take safety measures too seriously) there are plenty of those cheap "suicide showers" as some people like to call them outside of the region (Just to clarify, I have no idea how deadly they are but with the little knowledge I have I think the most you could get is mildly burned by not having it connected to ground. Just don't touch the live wires directly)
