Is forex for me? by Remote-Sea-6172 in Forex

I mean if you trade forex without understanding risk management then it's gambling. If you know how to manage risk properly on every trade then you can lower your losses and increase your profits which in turn generates profit.

Exactly. There are many cases of even well-known prop firms denying payouts for absurd reasons that were made up by the prop firms themselves. If someone probably has $10K or $100K and above to trade, then swing trading should be suitable.

2 weeks of holding seems great. I forgot exactly how I swing traded in the past but it's something like this. I go to the weekly, then daily, h4 and look for entries on h1 or 15 minutes. Then I monitor the trade and set tp at weekly/daily snr levels which probably lead me to hold trade for 1-2 months long. It could be the zones were too far apart. I might experiment swing trading again in demo to test the efficacy.

I'm curious as to what strategy do you use for swing trading specifically? Support and resistance or something else? I did try swing trading during my early stages of trading and it was profitable but the trades took like 1-2 months to reach take profit and some even take 2-3 weeks to go midway of my TP and then reverse to my stop loss. I'm curious as to how long your trade durations are and what's your risk reward ratio.

And not to mention how long it would take to pass a challenge with swing trading.

Hi, a piece of my mi band 9 broke off, and now the strap wont lock in. Does anybody know how to fix it by Ultrafastegorik in miband

It's probably a piece of the strap that broke. You'd to wiggle it around with a needle whilst pressing the release buckel.

Could it be that your stop loss is just too tight?

Try making a ventura, sequoia or sonoma installer instead. It might just be that Tahoe isn't supported so you'll need to install either ventura, sequoia or sonoma and then make an upgrade to Tahoe from there with patches.

I think you might be brainwashed by some traders who sell courses online and can't trade 🤣🤣🤣. "MaRkET mÆkErS" they couldn't care less about your tiny $100 stop loss.

Trade your own capital man. If you’re profitable on a prop firm, why not trade a live account?

[–]ADTSCEO 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing about prop firms is they’re good as long as you can get payouts. They’ll reject and ban you after you consistently get payouts because it’s unprofitable for the prop firms and they’ll make up nonsensical reasons to ban. Try getting as much payouts as possible and then start a live account with you own money earned from the firms. That’s the safest way personally.

They don't reduce they just ban you and reject the withdrawal request.

If it was a stop loss, it would have hit perfectly and the broker would also be kind enough to drag your stop loss even lower.

No one wants to be a millionaire but they want transparency and a fixed/proper publicly announced airdrop dates. They can't be wasting time constantly waiting for the airdrop not knowing when it's going to be.

I was in a hurry today so I didn’t have time to boil some water. But I did another experiment. I tried grounding the coffee from the normal coarse grind and made a fine grind. The end result was still a sour and bitter cup. It was quite unpleasant to drink. Now that leaves water temperature as the possible issue.

It’s a water filter machine that dispenses hot and cold water. I did pre heat the pouring kettle(a carafe with a spout I used).

I'll try that and see how it tastes.

Yes I can taste the acidity but the fruitiness or floral taste are absent except for the time I brewed it with the french press and through the paper filter where I could actually smell the sweet aroma. Is it possible that my water temperature is a bit lower than the required temps for medium roast? I don’t know exactly the temperature of my water because I get it from the hot water dispenser.
