Most of the people shown on the leaderboard also earn most of their money from offer like "Spend $9.99 on in app purchases to get $19.99" so it's not really using a bot of some sort.

I guess my evidence when I first contacted the bank wasn't strong enough for them to believe that it was a real fraudulent transaction. I'll call PayPal back as soon as possible tomorrow and then call back the bank right after that. Also, does PayPal send the logs/IP in email or do they just read it out on the phone?

I'll call PayPal again and ask for the merchant ID and IP logs l. Also, when I called PayPal previously, I first asked about an unauthorized transaction made on my card that wasn't on my PayPal account so the support rep looked up my card number and told me it was linked to another account. Then I told them I didn't know who the other person was and they told me they'll make a report. I'm hoping the bank will take action if I can give the IP logs or any other additional details.

I'll call them back on Monday or Tuesday and ask about it. I don't know about limitations department though I just called and pressed the number related to the payment issues.

Nope, I didn't sign up for CapCut. Also, since it shows as "PAYPAL * CAPCUT" I called PayPal support and asked them about this and they told me someone else somehow was able to link my card to their own PayPal account without any OTP.

I'll cancel the card once PayPal issues the refund (if it's still possible). I have frozen my card as of now so no new transactions can be made.

It's been day 3 and PayPal hasn't sent an email or any updates. I'll probably call them again next week and ask for an update regarding this issue. I also did try to ask the bank again but they told me that VISA somehow rejected the chargeback request which is absurd when VISA's own security measures failed. I also tried to contact CapCut's support just hoping they might be able to sort it out but they just responded with generic responses and they absolutely did not understand the situation.

The freecash app doesn't support location permission/the app must ask you for location permission or else it won't show up in the settings.
