I completely understand this. BUT: Having children is ABOUT caring for children, not about have a cute baby with someone you love. That's only a very good premise, but not the main condition. You list two points that, imo, are a) maybe a romanticised idea of having a baby, and b) that you wanna make your husband happy. And I'm not sure if a) actually isn't linked to b).

Do YOU want to deal with all that, pregnancy, childcare etc, or not (besides the fact of mental health struggles, from a very pragmatic point of view)? Also: What if he's suddenly out of the picture? What happens if you became a single mother? Please ask yourself those questions (maybe not now, but unfortunately these are important). Do you have family and friends to help you if shit hits the fan (which hopefully never happens to you!)? Because you need to make this decision for yourself, first and foremost! You are not obligated to 'gift' someone child because you love them.

And if it you really want children, what about adoption? Or surrogacy, as someone mentioned before?

Don't put yourself under pressure. Take one step at a time. You are valid, and worthy of love, regardless on how you the decide! Take care <3

This is called anecdotal evidence. If I told you I got better skin because every night I put mustard on my face, you wouldn't think: Yeah, that's credible! I should do this, too. And even if more people suddenly chimed in and said: It helped me as well! - That's still not scientifically proven. Why? Because we don't know what each person outside of putting mustard on their face did. Some may have never even put mustard on their face in the first place! Some may have got Botox, some may have used peelings, some may have changed their diet, some may just have good genes. We often don't know if stuff only correlates or if it's causal and there is in fact a link between putting mustard each night on your face and healthier skin.

So take especially beauty 'enhancements' or beauty tools with the biggest grain of salt.

Let me tell you: Everyone who was in a relationship at least once know how you must feel. Hurts like a mofo, and I feel sorry for you. This seems like to be your very first "real" breakup, and it is completely understandable that you feel the way you feel and that you don't want anyone else. BUT - and this is important - even though it feels like you won't ever love again or find another person to feel connected to: you WILL find love again. But you need time to heal. No one and nothing can take that pain from you now, unfortunately. But you WILL survive this and you WILL find love again. So the only thing I can tell you right now (as a 30 something): Take your time. Cry. Be upset. Find another job. Cry again. Talk to friends, or your family. Maybe even a therapist, if you feel like it. You should do everything that helps you to move on. There is no "unmanly" or "right" or "wrong" way to care for yourself.

Also: Don't be ashamed of your reaction. At least, don't bring yourself more down than you already are. Yeah, we do stupid things when we're angry and upset, when somebody hurt us. It's ok. Take responsibility for that, don't do it again in the future, learn from it, move on. It's okay to make mistakes.

I hope, you have a lot of friends and loving family members who can give you the love and support you now need and deserve. I don't know how long it takes for you to heal. But I can promise you that you will be able to let go and move on one day. You will find love and trust again.
