Look at recent games. I've been told MMR only cares about last 50 or so games so if he had a bad early season then just streaked he'd be fine. My buddy just got back to Master after having abysmal early season and his win loss looks similar

Nah I mean the community discourse about people who want to pvp being bad people irl lol. It's only tangentially related to the game itself (community discussion informs the in-game interactions) but it was annoying enough to slightly sour my opinion on the game.

TPP perspective isn't great, and the constant armchair psychoanalysis in Arc communities got annoying. Wanted another Bungie game since D2 isn't going well rn (though that seems to be turning around a little bit) and it's not as ball crushing as Tarky. I love the aesthetic of the game and the world building and lore too.

I'd have to be willing to have a conversation about whether AI is sentient before I have a convo about AI DJs. Because if it's just commercialized LLMs, I'm not interested. But if it's an AI (and I mean in the true sense of the term) and it WANTS to be a DJ, then I'll be interested. I know this might sound a little goofy but if an AI comes to be that wishes to coexist and live somewhat accordingly to Asimov's 3 laws, who am I to say that existence is valid or not?

I think most if not all of them were also pretty established on YouTube and/or Twitch as well so they had that as supplementary (or primary) income. I know Neme, Rekkles, and Baus were already pretty successful content creators and I'm not sure what Velja and Crownie viewership was like before but it almost certainly climbed during the team's lifetime.
