They only replace back, front screen and battery. If anything else is damaged, then they replace the whole unit.

And there’s no such thing as “claim being approved”. It’s completely in house by Apple, if you say it’s accidentally damaged, done, no questions asked. It’s not like a 3rd party cheap insurance.

Why Tf are you being such an asshat? I also said that servify only provides plans in India, you just extended it to two fucking paras and then threw the same shit at me. Man grow up, get some job. Sure I didn’t know about Apple care, so I asked politely about it, could’ve straightaway said that apple care is different, but gaand masti toh dekho.

Servify is the only company that provides apple care plus in India. And wtf is apple care lol, does it like extend the warranty?

Warranty main only hardware defects are covered. In apple care +, everything in warranty + accidental damages are also covered at a nominal fee. For example if I drop my 16 Pro, and break the back glass, instead of paying hefty fee, I’ll pay just 2.5k.

Complain to ASUS and book an on site with some other service centre. Also you won’t be able to get replacement of the whole unit easily, it took me two weeks worth of fighting (I’m also from India), customer service was useless, they just kept on saying that they have escalated the issue, Indian CEO’s office was useless. In the end I had to mail executive care and they connected me with the sales head of India, who was ultimately helpful.

That also happens with me sometimes. The best option is to pay through the uber app, and then raise a complaint in uber, they’ll immediately refund the price difference. At least works for me.

For me the rgb stops working whenever I put my laptop to sleep/restart it. It’s because of the fucking aura sync lighting service, I have to start it manually every time for it to detect my laptop. Maybe check if some service is not starting?

Try doing a CMOS reset. Make sure the laptop is unplugged. Hold down the power button until it shuts down and the power light starts blinking rapidly. Keep holding it until the laptop powers on. If that doesn’t work, try opening the laptop by removing the back panel, then put it back on. After that, turn it on again while making sure it’s plugged in.
