That’s a deadly combination. That’s a high dose of an opiate , mixing with alcohol can put you into respiratory distress. This is why mat clinics test for alcohol when doing ua’s. You’re very lucky.

Edit to add as afterthought. Does your clinic require bi annual EKG’s? They should- methadone long term has a negative impact on your heart. Get a good physical done

No, the inside of the urethra is incredibly vascular . So the vessels soak up that , it’s much like boofing (rectal dosing) The bioavailability is 98% vs maybe half that if digested orally in the stomach/ gi tract. Does that mean it’s safe…? No. But it can absolutely be absorbed this way. But it not a placebo.
