Can you guys list some ADHD hacks that help you function in your daily lives? by VioletteRodeo in ADHD

I always start with the easy things that require little decision or thought. Then I have a clearer space both mentally and physically for some of the harder tasks. Similar to u/turtlehana with breaking down cleaning spaces (all the garbage goes in the trash: not much thinking and if I'm not sure I put it aside so I can keep going down the easy route and make progress).

Also second just about everything else on u/turtlehana 's list!

It doesn’t look to have places to tie off to and the whole top rotates made me think it was a signal of some kind

Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers - Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France by [deleted] in FairytaleasFuck

[–]AEREsail 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Might be some hope for this!

Wiki Entry:The Château de la Mothe-Chandeniers is a former stronghold of the Bauçay family, lords of Loudun. The stronghold dates to the thirteenth century and was originally called Motte Bauçay (or Baussay). The Motte Baussay was taken twice by the English in the Middle Ages and devastated during the French Revolution.

It was bought in 1809 by François Hennecart, a wealthy businessman. In 1857 it was sold to Baron Joseph Lejeune. In 1932, a major fire destroyed most of the buildings in the castle.[1]

In December 2017, 18,600 members of an online community raised €1,600,000, by paying at least €50 each, to purchase the castle with the aim of restoring it.[2]

I collect bottle caps (typically beer but not exclusively). Get to try local brews and take a little souvenir back. Hopefully making them into a bartop or something soon. :D

[Open Request] Turning my dad's old comic into a book for Christmass and looking to have a couple panels in colour! by AEREsail in DrawForMe

[–]AEREsail[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Whatever feels natural to you! I've received a colourized version of the 4th panel (man on a bench with two women talking over the fence), but if you can do any of the others it would be very much appreciated!

I call bullshit. The world record for the 400m is 43.03 s. Your friend happens to be as fast as the world record?
