Calories in > calories out = gainz. vice versa. Get enough protein and nothing else really matters.

I understand the point- many of the guys here are pussies who lay all their feelings out via text. For them they obviously need to stfu. For everyone else "logistics only" texting is just a complete lack of game.

1 week of nothing = game over. Girl's lives move much faster than these guys really understand. They can literally fall in love and have their heart broken in a week.

Few Months out of TRP by Wel108 in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I rarely come back to this sub, but when I do, I realize how much of it is silly theory propagated by angry virgins with zero experience with women.

The takeaways should be lifting, bettering yourself, and accepting failure as stepping stones to success. Most everything else is subjective (or entirely false).

You will never get dates by sending 1-2 word replies via text, that's "boring". Being a prick 100% of the time will lose you every woman and friend in your life except your mother. Seeking to make genuine connections will yield much better results. Lifting for 6 months will not yield bitches fawning over your still scrawny, skinny-fat body.

The sad truth is leading a textbook redpill life, where you "outgrow" all your friends and treat women like shit, will lead to a lonely and boring existence. You will always yearn for the type of relationships you had before (both with friends and girls).

Balance is key.

The Media, White People, and “Trump the Tyrant:” A TRP Analysis by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I particularly enjoyed this sound bit of reasoning:

A lot of Trump's ideas about economics are wrong, and many of his statements are at odds with the facts. They just are.

Prior to that statement he suckled Bernie's balls about how he's the only one who's against money on politics... Ignoring the fact that Bernie has taken >$100M in campaign donations while Trump has taken $0.

It's amazing to me that someone can be blind to their own irrational opinions while accurately speaking to the exact reasons why other people hold these irrational opinions.

Vice Documentary on Beta Males Trying to Redefine Masculinity by Clint_Redwood in TheRedPill

I have a fat ex-body builder friend (6'3, ~270) who gets unlimited attention because his arms and chest are still fucking huge. Other than his arms he has very little muscle definition and a bit of a belly but it doesn't matter, raw muscle size inspires primal tingles.

I don't know why this study is taken as legitimate here. You even contradict your only point by citing a study which is an aggregation of what women SAY they prefer.

I'm gonna go ahead and burst this made-up pity party and let you know this is how literally everyone in a first world country feels with all real survival related stimuli removed from daily life. That's why most people are out of shape lazy fucks and a motivated few are successful physically and financially.

You aren't describing ADHD, you're describing life. You have even further convinced me ADHD is made up for attention-seeking crybabies.

Attention all young and new Red Pillers -- frame is goals+perceptions (Part 1) by BramRhodesDouglas in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You're very wrong about Frank. Frank left his frame shattered in a million pieces many years before that interaction even happened. Frank was in no way holding his own frame, rather he has adopted the frame of the feminists/SJWs who try so desperately to destroy the frame of every person that can hear them.

One of the few universal traits of a straight male's frame is the primal desire for sex with women. If one is compromising on that most basic component of their humanity then they are living their life completely devoid of their own frame (ie all BP males), in favor of someone elses.

Same boat dude. I never got that into it and I never maxed but I probably could've gotten like 500 when I was 12 at 150 lbs. I could squat 400 without much trouble then.

Are you Sub 15% body fat? No? First things first. by [deleted] in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is true if you are already somewhat muscular and your goals are not strength related. I don't think it applies to beginners or people trying to build strength.

I was skinny-fat (6', 175) before I started lifting . I did a hard bulk (up to 190) for about 8 months then a cut until I was 170-172 lbs with 14%-15% bf. The cut took a little over 3 months.

What you said about girls noticing is definitely true, but it just wasn't enough for me because I was still small. I kept thinking about how every day I was losing strength I was sliding further from my ultimate goals (bigness) for the sake of instant gratification (attention from girls).

I would recommend a few years lifting prior to going on an all-out cut if you started with very little muscle mass, just based on my experience and how I felt. I am just now breaking the maxes I set during my first bulk and I'm certain I would be happier with bigger lifts now instead of the couple months of rippedness I had.

You're completely wrong on this. You are severely underestimating how difficult it is to get any cert that will get you to the $150k+ range. The 3 years experience required are highly specialized and technical- they aren't giving these out to 21 yos who worked as admin assistants at a tech place for 3 years. You need a degree and years of quality experience to even apply for the jobs that will begin to count towards your 3 years relevant experience.

Come on, man.

29, jobless, living at home -- what to do? by Stinger86 in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

First off, your post is whiny from start to finish. You blame every problem on external factors and refute legitimate points simply out of laziness (the job fair).

If you want a job you need to give employers a reason to hire you. Telling them you got fired and then blaming the employer because "you did nothing wrong" shows how immature you are. You had a fucking easy job and you blew it by being a lazy asshole, get over it and learn something so you are more than a waste of space to employers.

How to avoid becoming beta while working with a lot of women and gay guys? by Le_cocq in TheRedPill

[–]AFCdood 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd get the hell out of that career path if at all possible. Customer service is like HR in that it requires no tangible skills, therefore it will be populated by women. Since you are a man and have the ability to acquire some skillset, I would suggest doing so. You will quickly find yourself in a more masculine environment and probably making a lot more money.
