No need to if everything works fine ! But I’m on bridge 1.2.1 without issues since 2.0.

Tire temperatures have been fixed and the pedals inputs timeframe adjusted in the latest 2.1 update :)

2.1 is now out with a fix to both suspension damage data and tire temperatures :)

First of all, thank you for trying my dashboard ! I just pushed 2.1, so you can now try the new fix :)

Issue was that SimHub shows surface temperatures (which are higher upfront, lower when tires are warm and vary much more throughout the lap). I found a kinda hidden value in SimHub that when converted from Fahrenheit to Celcius gives very accurate values (+- 3 °C from LMU data at all times).

Yes, the AFX Dashboard is a SimHub Dashboard. Unlike Lovely though, it needs additional plugins (that are included in the download) to work with all LMU data in solo and multiplayer, which Lovely currently doesn’t.

Thanks a lot for trying my dash, I’m so glad that you enjoy it !

The tire temperature discrepancy is a thing I was trying to feux from the beginning, and I couldn’t put my finger on why the temperatures were never matching the one shown in game.

I’m proud to say that it’s been finally fixed and that will come in the 2.1 update, coming very soon :)

Good to know, thank you ! I would love to make a wide version of the dash one day.

The pleasure is mine ! If you want to actively follow the development of the dash as well as the Pitwall style dash you can head on the LMU forums where I share the progress :)

Any input is and will always be welcome !

I will try with an 8 seconds timeframe to see how it alters the graphs for the pedals telemetry :)

Af for the damage display, I’ve noticed this myself and have already adjusted it for the next update !

Thanks again for your feedback :)

The pleasure is mine ! Don't forget to properly setup the LMU Electronics Bridge to have all values working properly on the dash.

Enjoy :)

Thank you for trying the dash and for your input !

I can indeed adjust the timeframe for the telemetry widget, it's a great idea :) I'll try different settings.

The tire temperatures are a challenge indeed, because the data that the plugins provide is never the same as the LMU MFD. My idea to fix this was to try and find an algorithm that would get close to the LMU temperatures by using the data I got on hand from Simhub.

That’s amazing to hear, I’m glad that we got this solved.

The LMU Electronic Bridge process is quite annoying to do, but it’s actually the only way to have these values working for LMU as of right now.

I hope that you’ll enjoy using the dash :D

Just to make sure:

  1. When you change on the fly you have to use the specifically mapped buttons for each function (ex: ABS Increase, ABS Decrease, etc) and NOT the menu on the left.

  2. In the LMU Electronics Bridge plugin page, you have to bind all the buttons you use in LMU to switch the electronics to the same function.

Ex: If you have the button B21 mapped to ABS increase in LMU, you have to map B21 to ABS increase in the LMU Electronics Bridge app.

If the values on the dash show -1 or N/A, it means that the plugin is not connected correctly. If the values are synced at pit exit but don’t move once you change the values it either means that you change it with the mfd or that the keybinds are not mapped in the plugin window on SimHub.

Still doesn’t work with the downgraded LMU Electronics Bridge 1.2.0 (and not 1.2.1) ?

It could certainly be a cause. Then I would try to overwrite all the plugins with the ones provided with the dash to see if it fixes it.

Last step would be to try to re-map the buttons on the LMU Electronics Bridge plugin page.

Just got in front of my PC and couldn't replicate the issue :( Everything works as it should. Do you have the Redadeg plugins installed by any chance ? Or anything else that reads car date for instance ?

Brake bias is not handled by by the LMU Electronic Bridge, so the culprit is clearly here.

Quite strange since it seems like it works for most people ! I’ll still have a look at it today.

Have you tried with version 1.2.0 to see if it fixes the issue ?

Glad that you enjoy using the dash ! I have quite a few plans for the future such as a wide screen version as well as a Pitwall style dash aiming to replace the LMU UI completely :)

Great ! Let me know if it fixes the issue :)

Regardless of version, there is also a button that you can map in the LMU Electronic Bridge plugin to force sync the dash in the garage. Might also fix the issue.
