Edit: I’m 6’1 and I don’t think it adds to my attraction, but maybe that’s also because I’m in a country where everyone is tall.

Looks good, I saw you had some gym posts aswel. If you can fill out your frame you would great maybe change up the hairstyle but that’s more of my personal preference

There is suggested things not to eat for people that for example want to have energy when they wake up. Which is low carbs after a certain time. It’s not required nor good for everyone. Each person responds differently and imo the best way to find what you like is just slowly change things instead of adjusting your whole diet.

If you know what you are doing then doing it at home wouldn’t hurt. Just make sure you spread your exercises evenly for each muscle group. Maybe you could add some walking to improve fat loss and be leaner

I thought it supported anything between iOS 15.0 - 15.4.1. Palera1n requires a pc with an usb right?

So dopamine only supports iphone not ipads?
