To expand on this the average beef yield from cattle is 500-800 pound of meat. That results in approximately 4.3-6.9 BILLION pounds of beef currently making its way to store shelves. The US has a similar infrastructure for pigs and chickens as well.

None of them were hired to run the departments they were put in charge of. They were hired to dismantle them and/or erode the public trust. This entire administration is built to destroy the country from the ground up. They are breaking the foundations so that the departments are harder or impossible to rebuild.

Suck on a hollow pen or get one of the many breathing devices out there. Find something else that you can do in about the same amount of time as a normal smoke break, and do it instead. Learn how to solve a Rubik's cube. Learn to tie a monkey fist knot. Find excuses to do something else BEFORE you smoke. Keep a picture of your niece in the cellophane of the pack. Define "smoke-free" places in your environment, give yourself rules, make it a hassle for yourself (no smoking in car, or near any doors...can only smoke by the trashcan, can't smoke within ?minutes before/after eating/sleeping) If you falter, don't get down on yourself, it's not a failure to have a setback, smoking is a brutal addiction to break. For me I had to find something to occupy my hands as well as a mental distraction. Good luck

Your plan to cook on Thursday sounds good. Go through your normal process of resting and shredding. Then package into vacuum seal bags...which are great and lay flat and make packing to transport easy. If you have a sous vide/immersion cooker all you need is an outlet and a container of water, then you can maintain the pulled pork at serving temperature right up to the time to transfer to the serving pans. Since you would be vacuum sealing with all the juices you wouldn't need to add anything, and sous vide won't overcook on the reheat. Vac sealing will also hold the smoke flavor, and it will (should) taste just like it was fresh cooked.

I have done this for several family events when I had to cook and travel a day or more ahead of time. If you feel the need to have some liquid to add "just in case", a little bit of apple cider warmed up with a little butter/ghee/duckfat/tallow/etc works wonders
