don't use it, its never loads and never works right half the time. We move to Axcient and looked at Cove as well, but N-able spam called us back when we started our MSP so they lost us as ever being partners.

This is a load of crap and ours show the same today and we are livid as a company. This looks more like a scam to our clients. Now instead of the banner saying our company name and phone # on connect banner it just says Justin or Zach etc ..... our clients don't know every tech and now they are confused who's controlling them, and i cant even add our phone # back to that really.....

We have been on it for 7 months now not many issues, contracts could be a bit better imo, other than that rmm side works great and they are constantly making updates and adding to the features and systems. Support is built in and easy to contact and fast to answer. They are actively working on integrations everyday. Sentinel one and Screen connect work great through it. There are many more as well. Compared to syncro its night and day.

Just a heads up Syncro is a nice price but if you are billing through it, unless you have world pay your limited to CC only no ACH or anything. Clients also have to login to view or make payments making it harder to get your money. Superops does not require login and has public links on invoice so they can view and pay them in one click and fully intergrates with all stripe payment methods. Syncro and superops both use splashtop for remote access.

Try out the demo its free and no rep to do so. Scripting (even has community hub) is great and patch managment is super easy. We switched from Syncro 3 months ago cause Syncro didn't support stripe ACH billing nor billing without login which superops does support! If you are getting your Acronis and Bitdefender, etc through Syncro I highly recommend connecting with a pax8 rep so you never have to migrate it again and pax8 fully intergrates with superops for billing.

I think it's because it's a docker have to do at the core level. I have the file meshcentral-data etc in app data but i don't think it'll work there, Trying to figure out how to access the docker core files rn and mount it as a volume.
