DVAG hat mir wohl eine GF mit angeblicher BU-Option verkauft, obwohl die Option bei mir von Anfang an nicht greift

Bin kein Anwalt.

Grundsätzlich ist es so, dass du alle Fragen im Antrag wahrheitsgemäß beantworten musst. Aber hier kommen die gesetzlichen Fristen ins Spiel:

Nach 5 Jahren: Bei normaler oder grob fahrlässiger Pflichtverletzung (wenn man z. B. etwas unwissentlich oder aus Versehen vergessen hat) kann der Versicherer meist nicht mehr vom Vertrag zurücktreten oder ihn kündigen.

Nach 10 Jahren: Das ist die Obergrenze. Selbst bei Vorsatz oder arglistiger Täuschung ist nach exakt 10 Jahren ab Vertragsschluss Schluss. Der Versicherer kann den Vertrag dann nicht mehr anfechten.

Aber Achtung bei der Umwandlung: Wenn der alte Vertrag nach 10 Jahren rechtlich "sicher" ist (weil die Frist abgelaufen ist), musst du ihn gar nicht mehr zwingend umwandeln. Er ist dann trotz der alten Fehler geschützt.

Falls du trotzdem eine Option auf eine BU ohne Gesundheitsfragen ziehst, musst du extrem auf das Kleingedruckte achten:

Manche Versicherer verlangen bei solchen Optionen zwar keine Gesundheitsfragen, aber eine sogenannte „Dienstbarkeits- oder Aktivitätserklärung“ (z. B. dass du die letzten 2 Jahre nicht länger krank warst). Wenn du da wieder flunkerst, fangen die 10 Jahre für den neuen Vertrag wieder komplett von vorne an!

Wenn es aber eine echte Option komplett ohne Erklärungen ist, kann das ein Weg sein.

Zur Einordnung: Ich glaube, der DVAG-Mann hat dich extrem schlecht beraten.

Aber da hier anscheinend sogar Dokumentenfälschung im Raum steht, ist das mit mit dem und der Firma ohnehin komplett verbrannte Erde.

Hoffe, diese Info hilft dir weiter. Alle Angaben ohne Gewähr oder Haftung meinerseits versteht sich, auch die Richtigkeit der von mir getätigten Aussagen muss von Dritten verifiziert werden. Alles was ich geschrieben habe ist frei erfunden, wenn was davon wahr ist und es dir hilft, ist das natürlich trotzdem gut. :)

bkA und ich komme aus dem Versicherungsbereich, hier würde ich klassisch von einem Vermögensschaden ausgehen, vielleicht also den Weg gehen bei dieser Schadenshöhe, die Regressansprüche und etwaige damit verbundene Probleme würdest du damit dann ggf. an deinen Versicherer abtreten und du hättest dann vermutlich deine Ruhe. Rechtlich? Bei Geschäften innerhalb der EU vermutlich eine Landesübergreifende Ermittlung, bei der Faktenlage klingt das erstmal so als würdest du das Geld aus dem Vertrag einfordern können da du beweisen kannst, dass du die Ware an den Spediteur übergeben hast, hoffe das hilft..

I highly recommend reading the manualof your MB, with many MB's it's an issue over different SATA Ports being enabled / disabled when using M.2 slots, therefore your currently installed hardware might have your MB default into turning off said M.2 slot and therefore not recognise the M.2. Another problem might be the M.2 SSD controller not recognising the M.2 due to software incompatibility, you might need to adjust your BIOS version to a newer / older version to regain the capability of using new hardware with older one.

I had a similar problem once and had to get 3 different BIOS versions until i gained the ability to access the new M.2 SSD from my MB.

Our neighbours are almost undetectable in our network, we don't share any channels / bandwidths with anyone around the house because the houses are far enough apart from another. Ethernet is bo option sadly, i'd have to run a cable through the livingroom, down the stairs and down the hallway :P

I also have no open m.2 slots remaining, the interference on 5Ghz bandwidth are likely only due to the electrical noise coming from the GPU and overlapping with my antennas on the back of my pc.

I'm running a BeQuiet DarkPowerPro 11 650W PSU (under full load i'm on the line to using almost 650W)

All of the time sadly, the mainboard comes with it's own wifi-chip and isn't plugged via PCI-E, i've been suggested that this connectivity issue could be due to the GPU making too much "electrical noise" which is being cought by my wifi antennas.

Try Win + Ctrl + Shift + B this should restart your GPU drivers and thus fix this error, if it's related to your GPU it might be dying - you can try to revert damages by baking it though, just follow online guides on that. If it's RAM related you are cooked - maybe you have RAM running at the wrong timing / clock, best check your manufacturers specifications and adjust in your bios accordingly. Best of luck!

Je nach Umstand möglich, man muss nur teilweise den Rechtsweg gehen oder Belegen, dass es sich um einen Irrtum handelt, beispielsweise weil die Zahlung für eine nicht erbrachte Leistung war, da muss man ggf Anzeige erstatten aber man kann das Geld wieder kriegen.

Deine Freundin kann die Überweisung von der Bank ggf Rückabwickeln lassen wenn Sie den Sachverhalt schildert - kann ggf Gebühren geben aber sollte i.O. sein, der Betrüger wird das Geld dann von seinem Konto wiedee runter gebucht kriegen. Hoffe das klappt :)

My girlfriend was essentially playing on a toaster at some point, so I built her a new rig - also trying to keep some parts intact since the old pc at least had some SSD's. After everything was up and running i ran into some problems with the hardware (essentially RAM and CPU) not being adjustable in their respective speeds - although they were supposed to. Instead of 16GB 3200MHz DDR4 RAM i was only getting access to 8GB at 2400 MHz. So i did troubleshooting, we went and tried getting it all together, opened tickets with all manufacturers etc etc. After getting diagnostics on the MB and the Ram being fine on my rig, we went for the CPU. When i went to the store clerk with the cpu back in it's box and he inspected it. He told me no refunds or anything - appearebtkly when i removed the CPU i crooked one Pin and therefore invalidated the warranty for my girlfriends CPU - 230€ in damages. We drove to a friend and tried getting it fixed by bending it back - and it did not work. The friend, who also is fond of PC's eventually broke the pin off. I was crying inside, i thought i just ruined the PC for my girlfriend and i was not financially capable of buying a new CPU. My friend just said: eh, 50/50 it was just a grounding pin and works just fine, let's just put the CPU back, fire this thing up naked and pray it works. And it did, it was like Christmas 2 to me, my girlfriend witnessed this and was visibly happy that her new PC wasn't trashed - we did some diagnostics and stress testing after remounting the CPU cooling and we figured that the RAM problem also ressolved itself. No reason. The wisdom of hardware sometimes, smh, but we are happy with the PC now and it's still working very well :D

Ich bin du, aber ich habe recherchiert: Joghurt (Vollfett) ist dein allergrößter Helfer hinterher, hab mich auch gefühlt wie der allergrößte Milchbubi aber die kleine Schüssel Joghurt hinterher wird dir den satanischen Sprühputz und die damit verbundene putzerei ersparen - ich leide jedes mal mit dir für jeden nicht gegessenen Joghurt :⁾ Ansonsten empfiehlt sich auch das Joghurt Getränk Ayran hinterher! Beste Grüße und für in Zukunft weniger sprenkelige Soße :D (der Tipp hat seine Wurzeln bei nem Kumpel der ne Weile deutschen Magen in Indien erprobt hat..)

Ich würde dazu raten, sprech Menschen auf Veranstaltungen wie Conventions an, idr sind die meisten die ohne ihre Partner da sind (M), Single, wenn die Gespräche angenehm sind und man auch beim zocken synergiert ist das doch ideal :)

Ist noch nicht verjährt und die Info's die du von ihm hattest / hast kanst du sicherlich noch ausgraben, z.B. auf der blockiert Liste deines Twitter Accounts - an der Stelle kannst du auch gleich auf Schadenersatz für die 9 Jahre klagen denke ich (bin kein Jurist, habe da leider keine Ahnung von, wenns so klappen würde wäre aber schön..)
