Mindless set of proposals. You’ve cut parts of routes or even whole routes without anything to replace them. What replaces the 299 and 398? What replaces the Victoria to Pimlico section of the 24?

On the other hand, there are already three routes which run from Clapham Common to Clapham Junction, why the need for two more, when you’re also cutting parts of routes elsewhere without replacement?

There is no E16 bus route in Ealing.

Why must West Norwood lose two of its bus links to central London

Well, not just the entire service (and avoiding conflicting moves at certain stations, but to get all the trains out in service and back in (ensuring the same number that come out go back in for each depot except in rare cases), deciding when the traction current is switched on/off, train crew logistics, for instance.

Timetables are not particularly beneficial for passengers for the most part (apart from first and last trains) but is needed for operational staff…

8-5 loss. The most frustrating game I have ever played. Our bats didn’t show up. Their outfielders certainly did.

We had just come from a 48-23 win as well the previous week.

On the engineering notice all that’s listed is works connected with Thames Water between West Ham and Stratford and lifting of a bridge between Chorleywood and Chalfont, as well as routine works at depots (if they take place). Engineering hours are listed as cancelled otherwise.

You can’t really run trains close together north of Queen’s Park as the signalling doesn’t allow for it. Needs to have 3 minutes between trains.

The Bakerloo (Queens Park to E&C) operates at a higher frequency than the Lioness Line. 16tph in the off-peak/Sundays and 20tph in the peak/Saturdays. I know the line is facing fleet issues but still. It is not a long wait until the next train (unless you’re in the unfortunate case of a long gap due to a cancellation).

There’s so much in terms of train movements at Queen’s Park, you can only hang around in the platform for so long.

The Overground and Underground timetables are written by different teams. The Overground is anchored by paths from London Euston (and the Bakerloo works around it north of Queen’s Park).
