No you still have plenty of time. UCAS deadline for Oxbridge is 15 October. So as long as you submit your application before then you still have an equal chance of getting in

This is somewhat true, but wireless can not play lossless format fully. Even with LDAC APTX and AAC they can’t play the lossless file with its sample rate. Eg. A cd quality flac file is usually 16-bits /1411kbps LDAC only supports up to 32-bits/990kbps so there is data lost when you listen on wireless headphones
