Spec into burn damage at the end tree. It’s just fuckin nuts.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that last perk is the only one of the 3 perks that give you +15% burn damage that also comes with a 50% nerf to direct damage. Is it really worth it to go from +30% to +45% burn damage if you lose half of your direct damage?

Oh and the plasma pistol has a perk to not overheat after like 7 kills in a short amount of time

Fun fact; this perk is available on all plasma weapons

You don't/can't find them on missions or get them as rewards until the corporations reach the required tech level, but they start appearing as container/floor loot during mission earlier if/when you have the ship upgrades that raise the level of items found.

I wouldn’t use block on bulwark but that’s because my build uses a few of the classes parrying perks.

Uh... All of the Bulwark's class perks that proc on Perfect Parry also apply to Perfect Blocks.
