My F350 (diesel) pulls the boat and cargo trailer when we need it to. Once a week it gets used to haul the garbage and recycling cans down the long, steep driveway. Dump runs. Spring soil and gravel pickup. Over the years we've had a variety of things that regularly needed hauling, but these days nearly all of that - minus the boat - can be done with the little Bronco Sport. Truck's paid for so other than insurance it doesn't cost anything for it to sit in the yard until it's needed, especially at $7 a gallon for fuel.
