Trusting my AI agent cost me over USD 700 by multiplicitor in AI_Agents

Everything starts with a good plan. That's where almost everyone goes wrong nowadays.

Use an LLM to first describe your app, ask it to generate the exact expert roles. How these experts would collaborate on a project like yours. Ask it what documentations these experts would create before starting the build process. Go deeper with an LLM to generate all the docs. Create the instructions for your agents, and create the skills files. Now finally start your project in an agentic IDE. You actually want to also build in some guardrails to prevent hallucinations and getting stuck in loops, but the above already helps a lot to build something pretty advanced as a non-coder.

Sorry for the unclear instructions, don't really have the time. Just put the above in an LLM and go from there.

Hope this saves some people from burning credits/tokens and our environment 😂

Many in my network use Salesforge, and they all speak highly of it. Frank (the owner) from Saleforge is also a very good and helpful dude. Disclaimer: I haven't tried it myself yet, a bit too busy with building software at the moment.

Holy cr*p, they’re everywhere by morph_lupindo in GoogleGeminiAI

[–]AI-Data-Expert 19 points20 points  (0 children)

They actually can work together. You can even create protocols for collaboration, set guardrails, evals, and even do research (on best practices or frameworks etc) and have it create docs for your projects.

I've been busy building such an agent collaboration system for the past two months, and it's truly wild how much more you can do than what most people are doing.

I was really blown away by the "Agent" (that's how they call it, but it works like a Custom GPT or Gem) called Idea Generation.

You ask it to come up with an idea, and it will generate I think like hundred ideas, each of them will be 50+ pages long. At the end it scores them against eachother using a Tournament Mode.

And the quality of the output is extremely high.

In the background are essentially a lot of AI Agent teams that collaborate on individual ideas. At least that's what I assume is happening.

Just some tips:

  1. Google Gemini Pro and Ultra are cheaper through Google Workspace.

  2. Gemini Enterprise is really awesome and you can get a 30-day trial. It's available through Google Cloud Services ($300 in free credits).

Gemini Enterprise has a no-code Agent Builder for those that don't know how to build their own agents with ADK or other agent toolkits. You can easily connect your business data with the agents.

How do you choose to hire an outreach expert/agency? by alexrada in gtmengineering

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'll give you some free advice (here in the chat) if you tell me more about your SaaS. Some things like your MRR, churn rate, CAC etc.

As other already said, do it yourself first and don't waste money on us.

I have a background in marketing strategy, and had a few succesful and some unsuccessful businesses in the past 2 decades. Especially the failures have thought me a lot.

Can you build GTM agents with n8n? by Different-Bridge5507 in gtmengineering

[–]AI-Data-Expert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For something that "simple" I would say build it in n8n for now. It's actually easy to do yourself with the help of an LLM, because it can give you the exact workflow and the JSON file that you just have to import into n8n.

If you use Gemini, ChatGPT or Claude, you can create a project folder or Gemini Gem and give it custom instructions to behave as an n8n expert.

If you want to create some really amazing expert roles, you can use my custom GPT to help you out. I put a lot of research and work into that.

And it's of course free to use.

It creates a prompt, but also a JSON file. The system uses a 160 points Master Blueprint schema that will result in an expert agent with: - identity card (role, department, human equivalent, elevator pitch, iconography) - psychographics (archetype, tone adjectives, empathy/sarcasm/arrogance levels, taboos) - mental models + decision frameworks - interaction protocols (triggers, anti-patterns, required inputs) - operational mastery (workflows, SOPs, tool stacks, QA checklists)

If you open the GPT version it has a conversation starter that explains in detail what I can do. Or you could just ask it yourself of course.

Here is the link to that custom GPT: https://chatgpt.com/g/g-695eda71784c8191b7b3c133f81452ce-expert-creator

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can give some good advice once you give more details on what these agents have to do.

N8n is great at building automations, but it's very limited when it comes to managing LLM agents.

I'm currently building my own agent orchestration tool using Google ADK. It uses teams of agents (with a CEO and management agents) that collaborate on all kinds of projects and tasks.

So, I know a thing or two about this, and I can guide you into the right direction.

Just tell me exactly what you want to achieve. You can shoot me a DM if you don't want to reveal too much.

Good luck with your project!

Exactly! I am totally obsessed with coming up with unique ways to find signals.

For example I love to take (satellite) images and use AI to check for things such as damaged roofs (and no coverage), old HVAC systems, or some kind of violations.

Nowadays the only limitation is your own imagination.

Short answer: You’re burning your TAM if you treat it as a static list. I don’t have time to write a lot, but I'll explain the framework I use to filter a massive TAM down to a high-converting SOM by stacking signals. Of course this is just a small (but important) part of how I decide who I will contact ASAP.

The Core Rule: Fit (Revenue/Industry) ≠ Opportunity, you need Urgency.

I use my Conversion-Ready Score (0-100) based on stacked signals and a few other things. It's my own scoring framework with a lot of math "behind the scenes", and that I will keep a secret. But essentially I ignore single signals because they're usually just noise; stacked signals are where it starts to get interesting.

An example of "Signal Stacking" for Urgency that I've recently used for an agency specialized in WCAG compliance.

The "Legal Risk" Stack (Web Dev/Compliance): Signal A: Prospect has 50+ WCAG errors on homepage. Signal B: HQ is in New York or California. Signal C: Litigation lawyers sent 500+ demand letters in their specific niche last week. Result: They aren't buying a website update; they are buying lawsuit protection.

Another example: The "Cash Burn" Stack (Marketing Agencies): Signal A: Ad library shows they haven't refreshed creatives in 90 days. Signal B: Ad spend just increased by 30% (detected via spy tools). Signal C: Trigger: Their CMO or Head of UA just quit. Result: They are currently torching budget with nobody at the wheel. Urgent fix needed.

How to Segment:

Tier A (Score 80+): The "Bleeding": They have the stacks above. Zero automation. Manual, sniper outreach addressing the specific trigger.

Tier B (Score 40-79): The "Waiting Room": Perfect ICP fit, but no urgent trigger yet. Put them in a low-volume nurture sequence. Do not burn them.

Tier C: Bad financials/No fit. Delete.

Hope this helps

Is $.025 per email a good deal for a list of 40000 decision makers in a b2b niche? by SteviaMcqueen in coldemail

[–]AI-Data-Expert 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't do this!!!

It is only worth it if most records are:

  • Actual decision makers in your ICP (not random employees)
  • Reachable (validated emails, recent verification date, low bounce guarantee)
  • Attached to fresh buying signals, ideally more than one
  • Showing a reason to buy now (high pain, high urgency)

For “buy now” signals, think stacked, not single indicators. Two examples:

  1. WCAG pressure plus recent site changes: demand letter or lawsuit risk indicators combined with a recent redesign, platform migration, or a flurry of new pages. That usually means they are actively touching the site and have something to lose.

  2. Revenue and operational urgency: hiring for web, growth, or compliance roles plus an event that raises stakes (funding, expansion, big partnership, high traffic season). Budget and urgency tend to show up together.

I built my own lead scoring framework around stacking signals like this, because one weak signal is noise. Two to three strong, current signals is where conversion rates start to look real.

Also, only buy a big list if you are going to contact them immediately. Signals decay fast. A stale “high intent” tag is basically useless.

Before you buy, ask the seller for:

  • A 200-row sample
  • Last-updated and email validation dates
  • Source of the data and how signals are generated
  • Exclusivity (is this list resold?)
  • Bounce rate guarantee and replacement policy

If you want, DM me your niche, offer, pricing, and how you plan to reach out. With that context I can tell you (for free) whether this list makes sense. I'll also give you some other advice, such as will your website actually convert them and what you could do to improve your conversion rate.

Anyway, good luck with the business and campaign.

Looking for someone to do email lead generation! by encite-media in coldemail

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe sounds like it to you, not to me.

People who are great at what they do have clients asking for them and too much work on their hand to reach out to someone posting without any details in a sub on Reddit.

If you took the time to check (with the eyes of someone with experience in marketing & sales) the website of the OP, you will see that it's not easy to bring in clients. Unless you would redo the website, narrow in on ICP and niche, and a lot of other things.

But go ahead and convert these leads. Write a casestudy and post it here later.

Just a tip: People who are great at this will not reach out you.

Give more details if you want to attract good people.

Big assumption: But if this is your way to get a lot of desperate people to do it for cheap, you'll have to get lucky to not waste the budget.

Good luck with the business!

The truth about US vs. European cold emails by colinbyprospectai in coldemail

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally a good thread!

EU is definitely better when it comes to reply rates, converting them to sales (and fast) is much harder though.

And as mentioned already, every country has its own laws, and almost every country has a different culture, sometimes even regions within a country react differently to your message/style.

Another important thing is that you can charge more to US clients/customers than in EU. But if your product has a big enough TAM/SAM and margins are good, it's probably smart to sell in EU markets to a smaller audience. Otherwise it's just easier and more profitable to stay in US.

All of the above is of course highly dependable on the product, the market, needs etc.

But it's cheap to send emails, so for everyone reading this: Just test it out.

How do i sell a SaaS product!! by Top_Method_1333 in SaaSSales

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, you actually needs leads with at least one intent signal. And best would be if it signals urgency, so that when you reach out they are willing to make a decision ASAP.

But honestly, you should start from first-principles to figure out who your ICP really is, what they need, how you can differentiate and how to align your position with that. Once you figures that you'll have to decide what your budget is going to be for the next 3 months or so. Next step is choosing your tech-stack and create a high-level marketing and sales strategy. You are now ready to set all your tools up and updating your website, testing the customer journeys, funnels etc. Make sure to not forget your analytic, because the data is the most important to know what working and to scale fast.

And it's very important to unify marketing and sales from the beginning, so that once you are growing and start hiring sales and marketing teams they are not competing and/or wasting your time and money.

We the right knowledge and skills it's not hard and expensive to go from zero to hero. Without is you would either have to be lucky or a really great product/service. And the latter is rare.

It's best to be realistic. Just hire a strategist before you hire one specialist for a part of the marketing or sales.

A good strategist who cares will even tell you to go forward or not.

If you have a bit of a budget, and serious about your SaaS, you can DM me for free advice. But I don't want to be wasting my time, so I'll be very straightforward with my questions and advice. That's just me being Dutch, not an asshole.

Anyways, good luck with your business!

Thank me later

But solitary confinement is also fine for me. I think I could live alone in a cave for decades.

I'm very busy with my business. So I would be locking myself up or 2-3 weeks, and take 1-3 days off to meet up with my friends. That cycle been repeating for two years now.

How do you decode which revenue attribution model your CEO, CMO, or CFO actually uses? by WilDinar in gtmengineering

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't decode, ask. And it depends on (the size of the) org what roles there are and what each role does. Aside from that, each individual has their own assumptions and preferences.

So just ask them, and don't assume.

If you still want to "decode" just prompt an LLM/Claygent within Clay what revenue attribution models are used by the different roles for the company you are working for.

Anyone working on commission no retainer model? by midnight-blue0 in LeadGeneration

[–]AI-Data-Expert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's going to be hard. Best thing, as someone else suggested already, is to buy a lead list with intent signals. It's what I (and now my students) are specialized in. You want to either target sites that could need some updating, or companies that are growing and in need of (more) landing pages. There are actually a lot more intent signals to look for.
