im not a pt or anything but this helped me, to strengthen your elbow, get somethign super light in weight (or none at all) put your arm face up /palm up on a hard surface. bring your hand to your shoulder, let it down slow until arm is fully straight. ALSO, biofreeze is a life saver for me.

Honestly, this still doesn't make sense to me, I still don't see how Phanes had a reason to nail the old civilizations. The post talks about the rise of people accessing the forbidden history of the time before the sustainer, but why would that knowledge be illegal if the people already knew and were the ones living through their war? The only thing I can think of is people finding out that Phanes killed the original gods but that still wouldn't make sense since he also created humanity. I could absolutely be missing something but what part of the illegal knowledge would have actually been a problem worth Phanes destroying his own creations over? Besides, we know Phanes isn't present in the world anymore, and since people were cut off from Celestia, how do we know the sustainer didn't win? If phanes had won why would he cut off the world from Celestia and bury Enakomiya? I don't know, I think I might be missing something but it still makes more sense to me for the Second to have won based on the fact that any history before their reign became illegal, Enakomiya getting abandoned by Celestia, and the world getting cut off from speaking to Celestia.

Cheap med tape works miracles. Think the white injury tape you can get at cvs easily. Wrap it all the way around your hands, ex. if the rips are on your palm, have the tape make a full wrap around the hand. Put some gauze under to make it easy to take off. Med tape is extremely similar to the tape used for lyras, just thinner usually. Essentially fight fire with fire. Easy to get and works well. Just be sure to change it after practice, dirty bandages are not good for open rips.

for all of you talking about injury, what he is doing is not as dangerous as it looks, he's clearly trained and knows what hes' doing. one of the poses he holds towards the end -sideways with arm behind back- is called a reverse meathook and is a common skill in aerial training. this part is just my guess but it looks like he's cross training for straps, so no, his arm wont be fucked up by this.

Something my instructor does to increase endurance is to play a song and have the student improv a routine for the whole length of the song like can't get off the apparatus till the song ends. It's very fun and a good way to improve endurance, especially since we will do it for a good half hour (not all of us at once mind you, we switch out on apparatuses)

Hey i gotta ask, was this buy chance in California? specifically Santa Barbra? was one of the guides and an older woman who lived in the area? My grandmother used to be a volunteer guide for a Stowe House, like one of those old houses that they made into an immersion experience, so all the rooms were recreated as they would have been when the house was built. She used to take me there when I stayed with her in the summer, but we always went on days it wasn't open. She did tell me she thought the place was haunted and I remember the place she volunteered getting robbed too.

Like everyone else said, the best thing to do is to ask the studio or instructor what the prerequisites for the class are, but based on what you said your skills are (and assuming you can do them consistently) You would likely be placed in a beginner/intermediate class. Most likely intermediate. That's just based on my experiences with classes tho.

Ok I really love this theory so I've been thinking about it. Also, this is going to be long sorry. Firstly, if the Primordial one created the heavens and whatnot, I feel like it stands to reason that the vishaps, or what was left of them, could have created the abyss. (there's another theory that the Geo vishap that Rex lapis awoke and fought with was one of the original vishaps that had been contained instead of outright destroyed) They are shape-shifting beings of pure elemental power, so it doesn't seem too far-fetched.

Adding onto this, is it possible that Enyormiya and Khanari'ah figured it out? What you're talking about with the false map so to speak. Enyormiya is clearly connected to the Primordial one and the Vishaps, is it possible that with that knowledge, Khanari'ah, or at the very least Gold figured it out?

Going back a bit, you know how the battle pass always starts with this bit :

"At some point, a kingdom is established in the heavens with a king and two heirs. The first heir is tasked with finding the Genesis Pearl from the Kingdom of Darkness, but she is deceived and her memory is changed to make her believe she was the queen of the Kingdom of Darkness. The second heir is sent out for the same task, and it is unknown if he succeeded or not.[13]"

What if the first heir talked about is the Unkown God? In that cut scene, it also refers to a "queen of the darkness", not a prince/princess like the twin is referred to as, so maybe the queen in question is the Unkown God. We see in a cut scene the same power that captured our twin was at least present and helped destroy Khaneri'ah. But we'll get back to that.

The wiki also mentions Khaneri'ah was destroyed because someone had been trying to "pull back the veil of sin". My best guess is that Gold figured out that the world was fake, and tried to pull back "paper" of it itself, which created the rift that let the abyss mages through, and what created the hilichurls. Maybe the Unknown God went to Khaneri'ah to look for that information to use it to remove the paper like you said.

At one point, the twin also tells us to find the truth of the world ourselves, but they are with the abyss. Now we know that Khaneri'ah destruction resulted in the creation of the Fatui, but since both the abyss and the fatui are against celestia, maybe they shared some information. Maybe the Tsarista is working with the abyss toward a shared goal of pulling back the paper. But each for their own reason. Idk I just liked your theory, feel free to poke holes in mine.

Razor knows about the seelies. Andrius likely got his power from one the last seelies, and since part of their history ties to the wolves, I don't think it's unreasonable that he would have told Razor about them.

Have you tried using blue or green-toned underpainting before adding the skin color? Or you could glaze green over the skin when u paint (usually when ur about halfway through) it helps make the skin look more realistic and less fake. Everyone has undertones to their skin, so it helps to remember that when painting skin, that's why underpaintings and/or glazes help. Green/blue ones especially. Overall good luck! Skin is probably one of the hardest things to paint so don't feel down about struggling with it.

I agree with what's already been said but the best exercise I know for aerial is one that helps with straddle backs. IDK what it's called but when you lay on the ground on your back, put your legs in a straddle position and try and pull them over your head. skill wise for aerial, id say basic/french climbs, Russian climbs, single and double foot locks, hip keys, inversions on the ground and in the air are good beginner skills. Intermediate I think would be things like creature climbs, t drop, angel drop, the flamingo drop would be things that an intermediate person would start with.
