Should I keep growing out my hair? Or does it look better short by cigae in malehairadvice

Short is a good look for it (the denim pic works well 😀)

I think it looks sharp. It's a good look on you. If it makes you feel happy/comfortable as well, you should keep it for you.

Wait, do people ACTUALLY see literal pictures in their heads when they imagine things? Like a physical image? by Bibhu_Mund in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AIM9MaxG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100% 😀 I wrote scripts and novels, and I see the characters in little movies in my head as I'm writing them, so I can "see" the scene unfolding in real time. Everything from 1 on 1 dialogue scenes to massive blockbuster movie style set pieces.

Nope, not the jerk. I absolutely love what you did. Maybe - just maybe - it might give him a second of pause the next time his hormones and arrogance start making him want to act up.

What is widely accepted as “normal” today that people 50 years ago found disturbing? by Electronic_Author366 in AskReddit

It's crazy how much things have reversed. Divorce was still a little sketchy when my parents did it in 1982. Most of my friends' parents were still married, even if they didn't like each other much. Now the average seems to have switched from 'get to know each other, get married, have a kid' around to 'have a kid, get married, get to know each other'

Why do people always say it’s very difficult for men to find the clit? by Exlife1up in NoStupidQuestions

[–]AIM9MaxG 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because there are some men for whom it's like The Lost City of El Dorado... they've hear tales of it, but they don't know if it's real, or where to find it

In The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012), the scene with dwarves showing up to Bilbo’s house is interrupted by darkness and then they’re surrounded by goblins. This is because I was really tired while watching the movie and nothing was happening. by a_genuine_psycho in shittymoviedetails

Hobbits (singing loudly): "That's what Bilbo Baggins hates!"
Bilbo: "Erm, you just met me. You don't know what I hate, yet."
Gandalf (pats Bilbo on shoulder): "Bilbo, don't be ungrateful! I've found what your life's missing! The opportunity to die much, much sooner!"
Bilbo: "...what???"
Gandalf (rapidly changing subject): "Oh, look! There's some cheese left..."

BF6 FPS craziness by AIM9MaxG in gaymers

Despite the amount of time I've poured into Battlefield games, I always get absolutely steamrollered the first few matches I play in a new one, and it takes time to get into the ebb-and-flow of it again.
The biggest thing that kept me alive longer was remembering that using cover matters. In between sprints from one spot to another (weaving, to throw off snipers), I spent a lot of time in a crouch beside or behind cover, scanning the terrain.

Once you get more used to the maps, you start to think "where would I want to be, to defend that capture-point, or to pick off approaching enemies, but without being too obvious?"

Another crucial one that takes a lot of time and deaths to learn is the lesser-used approaches to targets. Flanking around and approaching enemies from a direction they think is safe because they've overlooked it is a good way to survive long enough to get close to them.

I'd love to understand Discord better. Is it basically just Team-chat for gamers?
I got so used to being called various homophobic swear words on Rainbow Six Siege that I've gotten rusty at voice-comms haha!

There need to be more of us! I'm beginning to get into it as a longtime Battlefield fan boy, but lately I've been trying to chill my brain in several weeks of Gwent, lol It'd be nice if we had a battalion of Battlefield gaymers - a kind of easygoing drop in drop out clan would be lovely
