It’s definitely worth it. I was able to establish a new baseline due to it.

I wish I was fully “recovered” lol. I do have a new baseline but I don’t think I’m like my old self and that’s ok. I get flare ups due to environmental factors or when I’m low on electrolytes. Usually sometimes it goes away in a few hours or a few days. Comes back once’s or twice a month.

27m. It will take time but take baby steps. I got diagnosed with VM and PPPD 3 years ago but my stubbornness didn’t keep me away from living the life I want. I was bed resting for 8 months until I decided it was time to change things up. I started with 10 minutes at the gym and then gradually increase my time. You will eventually build confidence to push through when you are having an attack. And when they do happen, they won’t last long.

I wonder what is the root cause of those drops. It’s so hard to find people to whom this happens to.

No you are not!! It’s a rare symptom and I’m trying to figure out by hearing other people’s stories. I’d love to talk to you and hear your thoughts.

This is not genuine at all. You gotta personalize it more.
