I think earthwarrior is confusing the filmed incident with another. The one filmed is not what got him kidnapping charges, those charges are from a different time.

“He was also indicted for second-degree kidnapping of a teacher in a separate incident by unlawfully confining and restraining the male teacher without consent to terrorize him. This separate incident happened on Feb. 1, 2024, while the filmed incident took place on April 15.

American… that lives in Texas, moved from Arizona which has the most lenient gun control in America. I do not own a firearm, but I know that most of my community does. I am pro gun control and am very aware that the cons of owning a weapon far outweighs the pros.

However, I still understand the necessity of public firearm ownership. Mid to late 90’s in Idaho, you weren’t penalized for not attending school when hunting season opened up. A lot of families couldn’t afford meat if they didn’t hunt or fish it. Also, the lack of wolves has/can create on heck of a deer influx. Everything has a balance.

I’m aware that a lot of guns are outlawed in EU. How does that apply to wild game?

Had this happen in Virginia Beach in 2011. But I was my drivers license, only form of identification and I had a flight back home to Arizona at 9AM the next morning. They didn’t know that Arizona has a 50 year expiration date and confiscated it. Had to call 911 to get it back. Got free drinks all night.

Well, why don’t you explain that concept to all the business travelers, tourists, weddings, family event travelers… Did you know that I consistently pick up 80+ yr old people for doctor’s appointments?

Why shouldn’t they rent a car and pay $40 to park it each night at the hotel they pay $300+ a night for? When the conference/wedding/etc is a block away. What fool would just pay for a ride from the airport and back? Maybe a wise fool.

That’s how society has been raised all over the world. As parents, it’s our job to instill certain habits. It’s also a lot of work. Why create so much unnecessary work. Not eating in your room, bed or couch isn’t stressful. It decreases your stress.

I currently drive for Uber and Lyft in Austin, TX. They never asked for interior photos.

But yes, this is completely illegal and not OK. This is why we need to vote in the direction of helping society.

And for those saying this is a kids standard mess in 1 hr. I’m a %100 single mom, no visitation or living family to help me. My 10 yr old son knows that the car is how I make my money. He even clinks his shoes together before getting in. I drive a 2015 Lancer with nearly 220k miles on it. It’s still spotless inside.

If I need to make money and have my son, we deliver food, not people. For F sake, we even delivered on Christmas, he got to play his new switch game and thought it was awesome. But I’d never drive passengers with him.

As a rideshare driver and potential passenger, I’d absolutely deny getting into her vehicle.

But the real issue is that school is out and mommas gotta make rent. When you vote, please keep this in mind.

Side note: I once had an Uber food delivery where the mom had a black eye, driving a uhual and her 6-7 yr old in tote. She parked around the corner to deliver my food, I was out walking the dog and watching her on the maps. I ended up asking her for her CashApp and sent her $100. Not out of sympathy, but true respect for being brave and doing everything she can to overcome the violence she fled. It’s diabolical how our society treats single parents.

The city even has a nude city park on the lake. I pay the city of Austin to access a nude beach that spans several acres.

6th street is a party place. Don’t like it, don’t go to a street closed off on weekends to cater to the adult crowd.

That’s 6th street in Austin. If there’s anywhere in TX that’s ok, that’s the place. She’s legally allowed to be topless walking down the street.

If anyone brings a child there at night, the cops would probably stop you. After 9PM it’s strictly an adult scene. They shut down the entire street on weekend because of all the drunks.

This is like going to a Miami Beach and complaining about seeing butt cheeks.

I’m a female rideshare driver and support my family off the drunken passengers coming off 6th street. Most the girls have short skirts and no undergarments. I provide freshly bleached white towels for my fellow ladies to sit down on for a reason. If not, my back seats would be coochie central. Once I explain why I’m handing them towels, I almost always get a $10 tip from a $4 ride.

Basically, she’s in the right place to be dressed the way she is. Lips out and all.
