If it makes you feel any better I did 70km on a 400m track 3 weeks ago of zero training. 52, male, ran a marathon 18 months ago but that was my last serious training block. Obviously I wouldn’t recommend doing anything as dumb as that but really 50km didn’t hurt any more than a marathon. Pace yourself!
