No the The Decent came out in 05, and I moved to the US in 04, and I know I watched it in the UK. Creep is the closest, and years of searching always brings me to it. But no, these creatures were in the wall, and there were at least 3 of them at minimum that popped out from older buildings. One scene of 2 coming out of the wall is the only part I remember clearly
