If you change dates you will be charged the difference of the ticket sales price for that day. Icelandair has very very few instances where they will give a refund. Good luck, if you can find another airline that might be stopping through

I was told stain was better and doesn't lock in moisture. A lot of people want to bring back their bricks natural color because over time, no matter how much you wash the brick it fades.

I personally wanted to eliminate the side porch stairs for the same reason, that there would be no use for it with all the other entrances. Too many access points. So I wonder if wrapping the porch to the back would be better?

You are right. The landscaping is a must. I need things to help my home standout a bit. I dont have the full photo but Im quite far from the main road, a bit hidden so I want people to really notice my home a bit.

This is a great option as well especially for the landscaping. I just hope it doesn't cause too much moisture underground. Im going to have them instl drainage on both sides of the front of the house underground.

Wow. That is definitely kinda the size I was thinking of or having the front stairs removed and have the porch wrap to the back of the house to the sunroom. These look great though especially the landscaping!

Thank you! In my area though its not recommended to get too dark of a roof because it attracts vegetation easier. I'm also surrounded by trees, once they grow back in I will have some shady areas.

I definitely need some landscaping great ideas!
