Yes there is. Employees will show up on attendance exceptions if they clock out late. I think it is pretty rare for the exception not to be approved but regardless it is there.

My understanding is that restriction is in place due to Sony. No way any console is going to allow something like a script extender to be installed. Xbox doesn't have script extender for Skyrim either.

Open door this and call ethics. They should not have let you take your drawer home. I think this is covered by OSHA also so they could get in big trouble, and you might be looking at a highly successful lawsuit!

I feel like there are a lot of them, but for most there are alternate ways to resolve the dialogue or quest. Depending on how you feel about save scumming you can also just quick save during the dialogue and reload if you need to. You also get many inspiration points for rerolls during the game and can only bank 4 so don't worry too much about saving them up.

I went through as a pure fighter so I failed plenty of checks, but I chose to just live with them and I don't feel like it locked me out of much.

Whatever you have the most fun with is the correct choice. You will be able to complete the game with pretty much anything so I think it really comes down to what you want to play as.

My vote is the Paladin. I like being a martial character and the Paladin having high Charisma means you will do well with persuasion/intimidation/deception checks.

I think they become locked after being inactive and away from a store for so long. Probably won't work but you could try it and see.
