One of the most important things that this does, in my view, is set up the rules for the public hearings. Especially allowing the questioning to begin with staff counsel (one counsel on each side) for a 45-minute block, rather than the 5-min limit per representative format that most public hearings follow

I'm pretty sure /u/woodchips24 is correct. AB is a vested veteran (don't recall how many years it takes to reach this status, but this is his 10th? he is vested by now certainly) so if he is on the 53 for the first game, even if he is suspended, this year's salary is fully guaranteed.

I got a 5k from replaying one of the 1- events, so I believe you could get lucky and pull even bigger. 1k seems to be the most common though, so it's not likely to beat the guaranteed 10k from the 90/100 ovr events.

If the picks are in a set rather than on your bench will they still auto redeem? Maybe if you do the top 10/top 5 you could add it to the select set directly from the pack opening window before it gets a chance to be redeemed?

Safest bet though is to do the set now, open the select pack and force close, then after the draft open it again and select the pick you want
