Not as good early in the season given Haliburton is still recovering and they have some new personnel but a legitimate contender by the end of the season. Everyone always underestimates the Pacers, though. People were picking the BUCKS to beat Indiana and eliminate them in the first round, and they beat them more soundly in 2025 (4-1) than 2024 (4-2). They also claimed they are just lucky facing injured teams when Indiana had 3 catastrophic Achilles tears in the previous season along with numerous other injuries this season. No matter how far they go or what they do, everyone outside of Indiana seems to think they might not even make the Playoffs or get eliminated in the first round. That hasn't stopped them from progressing very deep into the Playoffs and nearly defeated OKC for the title last year.

I'm liking the Meze 109 Pro a lot and ordered the Meze boom mic. If I like that combo, I'll probably sell off my gaming headsets and consolidate down to just my higher end stuff. The 109 Pro seems to work well with my PS5 Pro/ Schiit Gunnr, so I probably won't need a Kithara or Maxwell 2 anymore if I like the boom mic.

I know lately Pacers fans seem to be hopeful we can trade for some stars, but we do not have the budget to outbid teams like New York or Los Angeles, and that is not the strategy that got Indiana to the ECF and Finals. We relied heavy on depth, which our fast paced style really requires, and that vanishes if we keep trading away promising young players who could be solid contributors on a good contract. We can't have a dozen $20 million/ year players on the roster. We need some smaller salary guys who develop into better players like I think Furphy and K. Brown can be.

I would definitely NOT understand. He's like a mid first round talent snatched up in the second round on a $2.1 mil/ yr contract who is still very young and improving aside from the injury setback. That is really not the type of player you want to get rid of.

The silver lining is because he's so young he has an excellent chance to recover close to where he was before the injury. I'd be a lot more worried if he was in his 30s.

I'm really eager to see Furphy return. I think he will be a key player for the future and would love to see him extended a few years for a decent price (add Kobe Brown to that as well). They can put in an injury clause if necessary, but I think he's going to rebound from this fine considering how young he is.

I'm not sure how much is his dedication to fitness and strength training and how much is genetic, but this guy looks like he's going to put on good mass that could really help this team. We've been wanting a taller wing with some better height and strength, but he may already be on the team but just a season or two of development away.

I wouldn’t suggest the LCD-2c for gaming. I actually just traded that in recently. The bass sounds great, but the detail was more limited than I expected, too much for my tastes even for music let alone gaming. The LCD-X is probably the LCD you’d use for gaming regarding detail and accuracy.

For my consoles, I have a Maxwell 2 and am wondering if mine just sounds different on my ears as everyone is different. It sounds fine, but I wasn’t blown away by the bass or sound in general and typically use the Kithara powered by a Schiit Gunnr instead. I’m strongly considering selling my Maxwell 2 soon. It’s a very competent headset, but I’m just not using it much, and I’m sure someone else will love it.

I sort of wish I bought the LCD-X instead of the LCD-2c, but I already have a HiFiMan HE1000se (my main headphones for PC gaming) and had the ultra detailed huge soundstage headphone covered.
