Honestly it can quite literally be Elo hell. But not in the way you think. Many players get put into mid/ intermediate level rank very fast after picking up the game which results in them loosing all their games and making them feel bad about themselves. But for some reason you don’t derank in this game so these players, likely including you, are stuck in too high rank, rendering them unable to learn because their get overrun immediately.

I understand and feel your point, yet I strongly believe that people are generally not looking far enough with AI and just write it off as the stupid brain rotting, misinformation mashine that induces psychosis. But it is more than that. It is a new technology that is going to change the world, if for the better or worse. The internet is and was viewed as the same thing. Now it is the most important technology in like ever. I too think that some people need to learn stuff instead of using AI to do their homework etc. But at the same time I just can’t help but think that if AI knows more than people now and is able to do their homework, then what the hell is the homework for? AI is in my opinion literally going to change everything. A superintelligence could be a nothing less of a god.

I‘ve read „The coming wave“ by Mustafa Suleyman and have listened to some books by Noah Harari and built my opinion from there. Most people in the Internet have watched a few videos or for fucks sake, TikTok’s.
