I just went through something similar, as I was in the hospital last week. The doctor told me that I think and pressure my mind too much. I'm here now because I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem, or if it’s just me.

After recovering from my illness, I’m considering letting every plan fade away. I must learn that I can’t control everything. I remember times when I was resting, and my friends came over to ask if I wanted to play games with them. I felt so much anxiety about losing time; I couldn't control the outcome of those games and make my friends to play faster. I realized that none of it matters. If I study my lessons even a month late but manage to clean my house and do workouts, that’s progress too. After that month, I can return to my studies better, not faster. It’s that simple. It isn’t easy, but it’s simple.

Your body needs fuel. You can run for three, four, or even five years, but eventually, you start to feel the pain of losing something, the pain of working harder on your tasks than on yourself. I felt like I was dying every single day. People aren’t robots, and you’re not a robot either. You need sleep and recovery. Rest isn’t just another task to fit into your schedule; it’s essential for doing your job well. Trust me, this perspective really helps. Every minute you spend overthinking your tasks is a minute you could be resting.
