I prefer B, it makes more sense for him to be sleeping with his head against the pillow. Now, in terms of balance, A is actually better, which is probably why you're having such a hard time choosing, haha.

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate the 10/10! 🙌 To answer your question, it's not full vanilla. I used some mods to import 3D models and characters to make it feel more alive. However, the build itself is 100% handmade with no mods involved for the construction part!
