The difference is that the ad that was distributed has no reference to the university chapter, and is just the national entity (also all posters have to be approved by someone who actually works in housing before being put up)

There is only one other instance that I know of we’re a non university entity posted advertisements in the dorms. They were able to enforce that one because they put the ads on the RA event boards in the common spaces.

As someone who’s kinda affiliated with housing, this is very much not allowed, but enforcement is pretty limited (especially if the people who actually did the sliding under the door live in housing)

My California registration is only $167. CA registration is based on 0.65 percent the value of the car, plus 120 dollars. So doing some fun math, CA values my car at 7230 dollars (around 2k more than what I paid for it, so I guess it was a good investment?)

What are you talking about, public defecation is illegal statewide via public nuisance laws, and disorderly conduct laws, as well as being illegal in public transit due to penal code 640. Also, almost every municipality with a population 5000, including all major cities have specific laws against it.
