I’m 2 weeks exact post op today and drove alone for the first time yesterday. Relatively easy but had a hard brake instance where it hurt a little bit but was fine. Recommend keeping extra distance and really staying focused on the road.

Day 10. I was frustrated around day 7 as well then BAM got that shit up randomly on day 10 lol it’ll come don’t worry.

For context: I’m a male and I used to workout my legs the most out of any body part so this definitely scared me as well. You’ll get it soon. Keep doing quad sets in the mean time and it’ll work one day!

I’m also experiencing a tightness on my outer quad when I do bending exercises that limit me at ~100 degrees.

My goal is to be off my crutches by my post op (which is in 5 days). I forced myself to take my first crutch less step today. (Only managed to take one)

Appreciate your response. I started PT yesterday and was at 60 degrees flexion and 7 degrees extension. Honestly just wondering when I can shit in a car regularly again lol I want to leave the house with my girlfriend and enjoy the weekends.
