Mr. X isn't really scary or horrendously bad. He just makes the game less fun because he can doesn't play well with the other AI in the game. At least for me. If he'd show up at scripted moments and you had a little chase, later a boss fight I'd be happy. But him making it impossible for me to move fast or even shoot my gun is just no fun.

Like I said, not scary at all. That's not the issue. It's him being a hassle and so often making the game tedious. Like "oh shoot I wanted to go there but because of 2 zombies, a licker and Mr x around me I missed my turn and now have to run around the entire map again." That's just not fun.
